+ -1 moreI trust and love Alejandra's attention to detail and flexibility. Sometimes we are on vacation and may change dates around and Alejandra always attempts to accommodate our change in schedule. Sometimes Alejandra comes a lone, while other times her family may help (sister, daughter or nephew). Alejandra has a wonderful family and they are all trustworthy. The only difference Alejandra is very hard working, timely (she will call if she is delayed), and pleasant. I have no complaints or concerns, and highly recommend Alejandra for your housecleaning needs!
Description of Work: Alejandra (and her family) clean my house every two weeks. Functions include cleaning: - - Full kitchen (stainless steel appliances, counters, all surfaces). - - Dusting (we live in the country and have real dust issues). - - All floors (carpet, tile, wood) - every other visit she polishes the wood floors. Plus, we have hairy animals and she is very good about hair removal (as much can be expected). - - Liter removal around liter boxes (UGH, three cats and three liter boxes). - - Once in a while there are little additions (For instance, I threw in windows and paid her extra recently, she mentioned she includes windows once a year. Mine were completely gross and probably had never been cleaned!). - - I can be picky, and Alejandra is completely accommodating with my little OCD moments (for instance, I have an issue with hair, especially dog hair, and she is very good about getting around the edges of furniture/walls). - - Bathrooms are spotless!
