Jon is a great guy, took care of all my leaks in the basement. I have a 125 year old home so it was not easy finfinh and filling all the leaks. But he found everything and built some great shelving as well. Wish all contractors were this great to work with!!

Jon is very committed to giving his customers what they need and not trying to sell them on what they don't. He told us that our basement slab and walls were basically sound, and then focused his detective skills on finding where the foundation had been compromised from an egress window and duct opening cut into the existing walls and not properly sealed. Jon was able to fill and seal the gaps in a little over half a day, and he also checked for and mitigated other potential problem areas, such as another hole cut into the foundation for the main water shutoff. Jon's rates were upfront and reasonable, and his schedule was very flexible. I highly recommend his work.

Along the way as cost was updated, he explained why and showed us where the extra materials were being used. We appreciated the education along with the repairs and he worked well with our schedules.
