Joe and team did a great job replacing our deck. Crew was prompt, curteous and efficient. Deck turned out great.

From the initial consultation to the final inspection, we enjoyed working with our team at SRI. The design process was collaborative and innovative. Joe was open to our ideas and honest about what and how he could implement them. He provided an estimate for the job within a few days of our initial meeting and the price was fair and in the price range we were anticipating. The estimated start date was 100% on target and there was plenty of communication around what they needed from us to begin the project. Hoe and his team were punctual, professional and very hard-working. Furthermore they were kind and personable and quickly felt like friends who we looked forward to seeing every day. As the project progressed, we were able to make suggestions as things came together and our ideas/suggestions were implemented without issue. They completed the job better than expected and within the quoted timeframe. I would recommend SRI without hesitation.

These guys were simply awesome. The crews that came out were on time, professional and even fun at times. They always cleaned up after themselves and the deck we are left with is simply stunning. Could not recommend them highly enough.

We were extremely happy with this company. The crew arrived promptly every day and were hard-working and efficient. We worked with Matt, who helped us with the design and oversaw the project. He was very knowledgeable and great to work with. He recommended Fiberon composite decking, and we are very pleased with this material and the finished look of our deck.

They were on time, did it quickly. They did a great job, it looks beautiful. They do book up, but I knew that do good work.

Although I left a message for Joe, his son Buster came out to talk with me and sent me the bid. They were prompt and Joe did show up to get the workers started. I was disappointed in the quality of the work done and the guys putting up the wall seemed inexperienced. The day the work was being done I left to run some errands. I received a call from Buster saying he had to leave and asked that I give a check to one of the workers when they finished. When I returned he was gone and I had to step in to "supervise". The caulking was really sloppy and I had to coach them as to how to clean it up , along with touching up spots where the paint was missing and filling in the nail holes with putty. There were also big gaps where the privacy wall met the side of my house, and the post. An experienced carpenter would have made it a tighter fit. It seemed like a high price to pay for a very mediocre job.

Joe and Buster were very responsive. After they started they continued with the Crew until it was complete. Buster and Joe were very easy to work with and communicated well. The stated there objective was to make us happy and they seemed to be committed to doing that. After the tore out the old deck and put the debris in front of the house, there was a truck there the next morning to haul off the debris. We are very happy with the result and would highly recommend SRI in the future.

Everything went as planned from start to finish. Joe worked with us to plan deck, arrived on time, and built a very nice deck for us. I would recommend his company. Price was great for quality work!

They were on time but they put things together wrong the first time and had to come back to fix it.
