 + -1 moreExtremely unprofessional! No communication! Lack of organization caused unnecessary waste of my time. They schedule my appt and when my appt time came no one called or showed up. I reached out and their staff stated, "I see the reason why it was pushed but I don't want to say." Then I get a text that says sorry, your zip code is out of our service area. THEN DONT SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT! Shouldn't you know WHERE you can work? I have screenshot of everything! ZERO STARS! I have a certain finger I'd love to award them though.

The crew was efficient and cared about the quality of their work. I can't say enough good about Rocky Mountain Snow Removal and Landscape! Give them a call, you won't be sad.
Description of Work: We had a 60 foot long and 6 feet high fence installed where a very old one stood. Lots of roots from old tall trees. We also had a large garden area stripped and rocks placed.

As always there was great communication and they worked with us every step of the way. We had a designed who completed a 3D blueprint of our backyard. We didn't think our yard could look as good as it does. They have a very hard working crew and they make sure you are satisfied with the job. We are so happy with the outcome and we will continue to use them for future projects.

 + -1 moreHired them for a simple tear out out of my old and broken brick patio and replace it with a stamped concrete patio along with removing a tree, relocating some sprinkler heads, and move a downspout. I was working with the landscape designer for the project up until the start date, when he had to go out of town and handed my project off to another manager. Fine, people need vacations, but the new manager was not told all the tasks of the project, was only on site for 15 minutes, and arrived only to do the patio and had no idea about the other work I needed done. I was billed before the tree was removed and irrigation fixed, and I still have no idea when that will be done. They also completely removed all the grass from my lawn near the patio which was NOT part of the agreement, and now I have to replace the yard there. The new patio isn't properly draining and I was not consulted on the form shape until the last minute, so I'm not 100% happy with the final shape.
Description of Work: Replacement of an old brick patio with a new stamped concrete patio. The new patio looks nice in terms of color and stamping, but was not leveled properly and this week with the rain I noticed large areas pooling water. The pour itself was extremely rushed, I was not called to approve the shape of the forms until POURING ALREADY STARTED, and I'm left unhappy with the final shape. The manager overseeing the project was only on-site for several minutes, communication with the crew was very difficult because only one person spoke very poor english, and everything went so fast I did not have time to correct some of the issues with what they were doing. Like most landscaping companies, expect to be handed off to subcontractors and feel ignored after work starts. They also made destructive changes without even consulting me; such as cutting a section of concrete between the driveway and patio. I get why they did it, but I was never asked and this never came up in planning.

 + 0 moreDO NOT USE THEM FOR WATER FEATURES!!! They did a terrible job. Told me they knew how to install them and found out after they never have done them. After trying to fix the feature several times they gave up and told me there was nothing they could do to get it working the way it was supposed to. After spending over $10,000 on it I had to have another group completely redo it. I have tried to get some money back from them for it since it was under the year time frame for warranty. They are only willing to give me $500 back after spending over $20,000 with them overall. Very disappointed in their response time and responses.

A large crew worked together to complete the removal of old plantings and an unneeded sidewalk -- and then put in a new area of mulch for spring planting and surrounding light gray river walk and new concrete access to the front door. Each day they stayed until necessary clean up was completed. I'm eager to see the new plantings in a few months.
Description of Work: Removal of lava rock, existing sidewalk, and old edging. Installed new Walkway, edging, irrigation, rock and wood mulch in island. Planting in spring.

 + 3 moreIt went very well very. They are professional. You would hardly know they were here except for the bob cat situation. They are professional and quiet. By the end of the day, it was very tidy getting ready for the next day for work. The owner came by every day and asked me and my mother if we were satisfied with the work. The son of the owner dealt with the sprinkler system. He showed me how to operate it and answered all my questions. Two days later the original sales representative came by to check in if I was satisfied and said that should I have concerns, I should give them a call. The fence the original was installed in 1964. It was quite a work, but he got it done. They also took out some old tree roots. My mother was very happy . They made her smile. I would definitely hire them again and would recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: They removed the old sprinkler system at the front and back yard. They replaced sods, repaired fences on the side of the house. They also laid rocks on the sides of the house. They cleared out the garden. They replaced the landscaping rocks and laid fabric on that. They trimmed three small trees and bushes. They trimmed lilac bushes as well.
