The insurance adjuster tried to tell me I only needed a small part of my roof replaced. I knew that wasn't right, and called Rocks. Michael and Matthew showed up while he was doing his paperwork. They set him straight! It's so funny how he could see hail dents that he'd missed before. It was like having Frank Azar at your accident scene! The crew was very polite. They spoke English. They worked hard in the heat and were done in two days, and there was no problem with the inspection. Rocks successfully handled the back and forth with the insurance company, communications, extracting payments due, etc. They have their act together.

These guys were great. They showed up on time, cleaned up very well. We were very pleased with their workers, and would call them again in the future.

Matthew installed our entire roof back in 2007. When we had work done on our house, we had Matthew come back to do the repairs and check out our roof. They showed up on time and did all the work as promised.

Terrible. Nothing worse than a contractor that wastes my time....1. I have a renovation project in progress in Elizabeth, CO and called Rock's Roofing for an estimate on a EPDM flat roof since their website specifically states that they "proudly serve" the Elizabeth community.2. Scheduled an estimate for a week out at an agreed upon time of 5:30 p.m. (after work)3. Was told I would receive a call the morning of the day of the estimate to confirm and get directions4. Did not receive a call this morning (scheduled day of estimate) to confirm, so I called Rock's to confirm5. Spoke to Matt and he asked if we could reschedule due to some other scheduling conflicts, but I indicated that I had other renovation estimates booked the remainder of the week and that if we could not meet tonight, he would miss out on the opportunity to bid the job. I also explained that since our original conversation, I had reviewed his website portfolio and if he was interested in bidding a metal roof, gutters, and flashing, the potential job could be much bigger. He said he was interested and would adjust his schedule. He asked if we could move up the time to 4:30 p.m. and I agreed.6. I made arrangements to leave work early and as I left saw two voicemail messages (@ 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.) on my phone. Both were from Matt indicating that he would not be able to meet me and provide an estimate since "it was too far out".7. Called Matt back to voice my concerns and frustration and he stated that he believes he gave me sufficient notice of the cancellation If Rock's Roofing does not want to service Elizabeth, they should remove it from their website. If a contractor is not interested in a job due to location or the size of the job or if they are too busy with other jobs, I am fine with that, just tell me up front. Don't waste my time by scheduling an estimate and then cancelling 2 hours out. If a schedule conflict arises, call me when you said you were going to call me or sooner. I've now lost a week due to their unprofessionalism.

Rock's roofing came through with prompt and reasonable estimates, when several others failed to show up to give an estimate. Work was accomplished within 7 to 10 days in response to a home inspection issue that needed resolved in order to sell the house. I was very impressed with the response and the timeliness of the work. The roof needed about a third of it replaced, which required a building permit, and the detached garage had several missing shingles that were repaired. The house is now sold due to meeting the buyer's expectations. Highly Recommended!

They were very good. They were helpful and fixed my roof quickly.

I got an estimate from this Company because they had previously replaced a flat roof on my garage and I knew that they did excellent work. What sealed the deal though, was the gutters. Another Company said that they all needed to be replaced. Rocks said they were in good shape and just needed cleaning and caulking. The workers were very prompt and always cleaned up the area before they left for the day. When you hear horror stories from people who have been ripped off by roofers, it pays to give your business to a company that has been in the community for years.

I got 5 differrent estimates for replacing my roof and gutters. Rock's Roofing was the highest estimate by far. Any Weather Roofing did an excellent job and charged me $7445.00. Three of the other estimates were between $7900.00 and $8400,00. Rock's Roofing's estimate for the same work was $11, 400.

Excellent job. Showed up on time, worked all day and finished ahead of schedule. Whole job only took one day even though we expected it to take two days.
