I was sold on RiverRock back in 1994 as a near maintenance free solution. Complete BS! They should have represented it as an annuity for Connie the owner. The finished product looked truly incredible for about the first 9 months.....What they don't tell you is every year like clockwork it must be re-cleaned and re-sealed with an epoxy, preferably theirs, with an overpriced service contract by RRR. That's Correct, every year, and if they do a poor job and seal it with dirt and grass clippings NO Worries wait 1 year and until the finish wears off....and it does! , To be done once again..a 3 day process! Complain about the quality and they cut you off from their service dept and their proprietary materials. Well we solved the problem, we jack hammered the entire patio out and repoured colored concrete, $5K to pebble up and $11K to remove it. If high maintenance is what you're after this is the product for you, no exaggerations. Invoice verification and photos available by request. Using this Company or this Service will be the most ongoing costly mistake of your driveway, deck or patio endevour.
