Quick Dry Restoration

David was very prompt and thorough on his assessment of our water damage situation. He was very informative of what damage probably happened and how it would need to be addressed. He answered all of my questions completely and was very responsive to questions I emailed later. I was positively impressed by his manner and approach to our problem. We did not select his firm to do the work because my insurance company asked that we use contractors which which they already had contracts in place. So, even though we did not go with his company, I want readers to know how he treated us during the estimation process.

Dave talked me through how extensive the damage was and was honest about the job needing to be done by a larger company. He was very helpful and gave me a lot of advice including references for 2 larger national restoration companies that could handle the size of my flood damage. He helped me determine exactly where the problem was in my sprinkler system that caused the flooding, and talked with me for over 45 minutes giving me advice, even though he knew he would not be able to take on the work. I would absolutely recommend him and I would call him again for any less severe flooding issues.

David came to my house at our scheduled appointment time for an evaluation of our water damage. He said he would get back to me within a couple days with the estimate, I waited a week and he still has not responded. I feel that my time and money were not valued enough.

It went great. Everything was done in an orderly fashion, and everything was cleaned up. David, the owner, explained everything that he did, how it worked and why.

I can?t say enough positive things about Quick Dry Restoration. We had water leaking from our kitchen ceiling (a week after bringing home our newborn daughter, no less) and David came out that afternoon to inspect the damage. He located the leak and he was actually able to fix it himself without us needing to hire a plumber. He was able to dry out the damaged area and had our ceiling patched and repaired within the week. He even patched another section of ceiling that had had water damage with the previous homeowners and accepted homemade enchiladas as payment for this (the damaged ceiling was very close to the section he was repairing any way so I can?t promise that he would accept homemade goods for future jobs). The entire time both David and Elizabeth were very personable and respectful. They communicated when they would arrive and how long their work would take so I could plan around my kiddos? schedules. Although I hope I never have to use their services again, I would call them in a heartbeat should any other water damage hit our house.

His work product was excellent. I worked with David Mahoney on my project and he was thorough, reliable and provided an excellent result. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing the variety of services he offers. He not only does excellent work at fair prices but he demonstrated he is totally trustworthy. Through the process of working with him - he saw the job through to absolute satisfaction. I could not give him higher marks. I would use him again. He is a class act.

It went realliy well. From the first call until showing up then coming back every day for 5 days unitl the problem was fixed. Quick Dry was very good about communicating each step of the way, kept our home clean as possible considering the circumstance not intruding. We felt safe and comfortable having David and Elizabeth in our home. We highly recommend them and are using them for some non emergency services because our experience was so good.
