I recently had a fantastic experience with Ryan and his team, Diego and Brian, for water and mold mitigation at my home. From the outset, Ryan impressed me with his thorough approach. During the inspection, he meticulously took photos and measurements of the water damage, and examined every nook and cranny of the house to ensure that no potential issue was overlooked. His friendly, kind, and honest demeanor was a breath of fresh air in an industry where those qualities can be rare. Diego and Brian, the technicians, were equally commendable. They arrived exactly on time and finished the work efficiently. Throughout the process, they were communicative, answering all my questions clearly and keeping me updated on their progress. This allowed me to plan exactly when I could return home without any guesswork involved. What I particularly appreciated was the clean state they left the house in there was virtually no mess left behind, which is often a concern with such jobs. They were careful and respectful of our space, ensuring everything was as clean when they left as when they arrived. I highly recommend Ryan and his team for anyone needing mold and water damage mitigation. Their professionalism, efficiency, and the quality of their work are top-notch. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

I interviewed five companies for a mold mitigation. I chose this company because Ryan the representative was the most thorough in finding places where there was moisture that the other companies did not even look for. They have always showed up on time and have done what they said they would do. Ryan was always available by phone or email for any questions. He was very responsive at all times. Their follow up is very good, testing to make sure there are no mold spores in my home. I would I commend them very highly.

Ryan/Pure Maintenance are helpful and operate from a place of integrity, honesty, professionalism. I am highly sensitive to mold and the process worked well. It seemed to good to be true... it's true!

They were great to work with overall. Ryan Taylor was very courteous and respectful as well as punctual. I would use them again in a heartbeat and I would recommend them to others. However I would in the future request a thorough breakdown of which areas are to be treated and clarification of how the cost is generally determined. There was some slight miscommunication on this but in the end Ron made sure I was completely satisfied.

Pure maintenance was very quick to call and was able to send a tech out the same day. They were very nice and Francis was very professional. We received a quote quickly. I thought the minimum job price was a bit high since we had a very small job, but I would definitely recommend them!
