I did talk to them because their quote was very reasonable. I had to back out of doing the project right now. They were very timely and they did not take too much time so I can't complain. Everything was good; I don't remember having any kind of delay issues. They came out, which was amazing, because they had a booth at the Colorado Home Show; so for them to pull themselves away from that in a timely fashion to come out to my house was pretty impressive. They were professional.

Steve has extensive experience in home building. From the start we had a good idea of what we wanted the floor plan to look like and Steve was able to suggest some changes to maximize ceiling height where we could and had practical solutions for the normal challenges of working around the various pipes and ducts in the basement. Linco uses the same framers, electricians, plumber, drywallers etc. for their jobs. I felt that this allowed for smoother communication with the subs during the project and there was a level of quality he expected since he knew their work. The team used the window well to access the basement for most all of the work. The basement, yard and area around the dumpster were kept clean and tidy during the entire project, which was great since we have a strict HOA. If there were any issues, there were quickly resolved, Steve would have the sub come out and adjust whatever was needed. It was easy to contact Steve, either by phone, email or text. We worked with Colby as well who was professional and pleasant too. There were no surprises in the final invoice. We let Steve know that we would have family staying with us for the holidays and therefore had a definite date the project needed to be completed. He had the project finished a week earlier than planned.
