From the beginning, the process was seamless. The salesman, Kirk, was very professional, informative and friendly. He took the time to ask questions to ensure he understood exactly what I wanted/needed. The installation was very quick and the guys did a great job! The windows look wonderful and to my surprise, the windows really made a difference in the heat in our home. I'm happy to say all of the drafts we had with the old windows are completely gone! I'm actually anxious to see how much my energy costs have dropped with my new windows. I shopped around for windows and received many quotes from the top window companies and Kape was by far the most professional and had the best value for my money. I would definitely recommend Kape to anyone who needs new windows!

What an awesome experience from beginning to end! And over the years our family has had more than one home improvement nightmare. The sales rep I first encountered was a joy to meet, smile for everyone, no 'hard' sale. As it was the holiday season, she was engaging even to the passing people and their children. A ray of sunshine amid the chaos. When Kirk came into my home to assess our needs, he was more than courteous. Conscientious of our personal space and thoroughly explained his company's products. I am very grateful that he listened to our needs and helped us to make an appropriate selection. He made sure all available discounts were afforded to our estimate. Which, by the way, was no different than the final bill. Throughout, Kirk has followed the team from Kape. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event. The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency! Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves. Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords. Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that. All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say. The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal! Why did we not do this sooner! With such a fine overall experience, we can hardly wait for our next project to commence with The staff from Kape Roofing and Exteriors.

Storm was in April and they still haven't completed all the work. Roof leaked after the new one was put on. Did work weeks or months apart and only with prodding of the contractor who was never there when work was being done. Hard to communicate with the workers. Unprofessional, like when they painted the deck, they oversprayed onto lattice work of a different color and still haven't put the lattice work that was removed. They still haven't fixed the damaged screen door track or the pond pump that was damaged in the storm. And I think the roof is starting to leak in another place. Also they haven't fixed damage insde the house caused by the storm.

Kape did an excellent job. Ron Emil was very prompt and supervised the job. My driveway is steep and curved and off an alley. Everything had to be brought up and down my driveway. There was a lot to remove and clean up. The new roof looks excellent, does not leak, and matches the main roof. The main roof was done previously and covered by insurance, but this was not covered. It has rained twice and no leaks. I would hirer them again. South Omaha customer.

Bill and his group did a great job on the roof and was very professional and responsive.

The work they did was very good and timely. We were one of the first in our block to get a new roof an could not be happier with how it turned out. The staff was professional and easy to work with, I would recommend them to anyone. Nice job and thank you Kape.

Kape did an excellent job on a complete restoration of our 132 year old victorian metal roof replacement. They coordinated the manufacturing of copper shingle to match the original embossed shingle, refabricated and restored missing/damaged pieces of decorative wrought iron surrounding the top of the roof, and fabricated, painted and replaced decorative moldings surrounding the cap of the roof. This was not a standard project and the end result was stunning. It looked as close to identical to the original work as you could get!

The quality of their work was poor; I would not recommend them to anyone. For the past two years I have been trying to get them to come in here and fix parts of the siding that had come apart, and they have showed up and they have taken pictures and all that, but that is the last I have seen of them. They did not do what they said they were going to do. Their pricing was about average. The job was paid for by my house insurance.

We were very satisfied with the company. The young man that we worked with made several trips to our home just to answer questions and to address our concerns. The negotiation went on for about two weeks and he came and explained to us everything. The roof passed the first time and they didn?t need to make any changes. All the people that we worked with were very courteous and very professional. They made us feel comfortable with the project all the way along. I wouldn?t say that they are the cheapest company, but their quality was good. However, I wouldn?t have paid so much money if it was not covered by our insurance. We had some adjustments that needed to be made according to our situation and they sent someone out to take care of those changes.

We are still working with the insurance company regarding the replacement of 5 windows, gutters and some paintings too. This is the only time I have used them. Their price was in line with the insurance company. They were professional and punctual.
