We are in the process of laying out the remodel of our 2400 square foot basement, and weren't sure about the rough-ins. After every other company I called wanting to charge up to $300 just to stop by for an estimate, Dustin came out on his own time after 5:00 after spending all day at the DMV, without any charge, just to let us know how to continue the framing over the weekend. He was extremely knowledgeable (I'm from a construction family and not easily fooled), professional and personable. He made several recommendations and gave us several estimates that were very reasonable. We will probably move forward much sooner on the plumbing than we had planned, and we will definitely be using Greater Western. Couldn't recommend him highly enough so far, and will definitely write another recomendation when the work is performed.

Very friendly, I called in the morning and they were able to work us into their schedule even though it meant coming late in the evening that day. Installed a 50 gallon tank for us in the basement with no problems, took about 1.5 hrs at most. Were very knowledgeable about what did and didn't need to be updated to meet code, what we might consider, etc. We ordered the tank from Home Depot, they picked it up and installed it for us (and removed the old one) for a total of $250. Would highly recommend and thank you to Angie's list as well!!

Mike did an outstanding job. Was able to give me a quote over the phone. Set up the appointment for the next morning. Done in 40 minutes. Excellent work.

Mike fixed the pipe for $75, turned off the pump since we didn't need it, and did super, fast, and professional work. I was out of town so I really appreciated them helping my wife right away.I will always use Greater Western in the future and highly recommend them. Ron

A+++++++++ Service! They had picked up my water heater at Home Depot and were at my house by 8am on the scheduled date of service! Prompt, friendly, professional~highly recommended!

I emailed 3 plumbing companies for quotes thru Angie's List rather than calling them directly. The first quote received was on the same day from Greater Western Plumbing with a straight forward quote on the service requested. The other two quotes were higher. Their quote was followed up with a conversation with Mike, one of the owners, who communicated very well about the job as well as about an additional request to install an outside faucet. The quote and agreed install date was very clear and followed up with an email with a firm estimate, including their 10% discount.. Since I live in a condo complex, I was required to secure an insurance certificate and licenses prior to starting the work. Again, Mike was prompt in getting the information to me. I needed the work done on May 31st as that was the day the water was to be turned off in the complex for the residents to install new shut off valves in our individual homes. I called on te 30th to confirm time of installation. Dusty, the other owner, answered the call and gave me a 2:00pm time. On the 31st Dusty called to tell me that they would arrive at 2:30 (since their morning job was in Wellington)-they arrived promptly at 2:30. The work was done in little over 1 hour and Dusty stayed until the water was turned on again to determine if the install had any leaks-which it did not. Due to the construction on the outside of my building, it was not possible to install the outside faucet. They were very helpful in giving me suggestions on alternative solutions. What I appreciate most about this company:1.) The phone was answered immediately by the owners who also do the work as well as followed up with e-mails.2.) They are licensed, insured and very professional3.) Dusty and MIke are exceptionally reliable, pleasant and easy to work with4.) They both are knowledgable and honest.I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again. They also install waterheaters (tankless included) and I would have used them previously for a recent waterheater installation had I found them sooner. Great experience with this company!

Michael came to install a toilet for us. We initially contacted him via Angie's list, he responded right away. he was open to our time frame, kept in communication with us. He arrived early for his appointment - which was fine. Helped with the heavy lifting of getting the toilet upstairs. Greater Western was amazing - I called them around 9am and reached Mike. He told me they could get out later the same day. He put me in touch with Dusty, who provided me some consultation over the phone. The new water heater I was purchasing was slightly taller than the old one, and Dusty helped me figure out a way to make it still work for my installation. Dusty showed up on time, got the water heaters swapped and I was up and running with hot water by 7:30pm. It only took him 1.5 hours to complete the job. Greater Western is great, I would totally recommend anyone using them. And the best part was they were a lot less expensive than other plumbers. I even checked on installation services through the big box retailer I bought my new water heater at; they were also much more expensive. Don't waste your time - call Greater Western! I liked these guys so much, that I am planning to have them come back out to stub out some piping for a sprinkler system.

Processes went seamlessly. The price was excellent.

These guys are AWESOME! Pulling the electrical for the dishwasher was a major pain but they worked through it and weren't going to charge extra, either. Hard workers, very professional, a joy to have around. We have a lot of plumbing to do and will definitely be calling them back! If you choose Greater Western Plumbing, no matter the job size, you will NOT be disappointed. Their prices are fair, they are highly skilled and just great to have around. Thanks guys!
