John came out to look at my basement. He was kind, professional, and so giving of his time and expertise. He was able to do the pole adjustment on the spot. He went above and beyond. How refreshing to feel cared for and to recieve help at no cost to me. Wow. That is how I felt after John left.

Steve and his crew showed up at the time agreed upon. They introduced themselves and discussed how much time it would take and each step that would be done to fix the issue. They pay very close attention to detail from beginning to end. Steve's knowledge and experience gave us a very good feeling about using them. During the job, they covered the area where the equipment would be sitting and working on the front post. There was a bit of landscaping rock etc. that they had to move but replaced and cleaned up when the job was complete. We had complete confidence in this company. I wish we would have taken before and after pictures, you would never know anyone had been there and had done the type of repair work that needed to be done for both areas. We would highly recommend this company to anyone, whether commercial or residential and we feel that they zeroed in on what needed to be done and had high expectations for their work, as well.
