I wasn’t sure what to expect… But the linear fireplace that was installed in my home is absolutely the best choice I made! It is definitely the focal point of my great room and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received from these guys! I would HIGHLY recommend this business!!!

We hired Chimney Sweeps of America twice now and we will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone in need of their services. My husband and I were very impressed with their professionalism and knowledge, quality of work, honesty, and their down to earth nature. I don't know that you could find someone as knowledgeable and qualified as they are. We now own a beautiful, gas converted fireplace, that has kept us warm and toasty this winter without any worry about safety or workmanship thanks to Chimney Sweeps of America. They also installed a chimney liner and cap as part of a new roofing project following a hailstorm last summer. For both projects, Chimney Sweeps of America was responsive, timely, friendly, easy to work with, answered all our questions, and kept us informed throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them without hesitation. You couldn't find a better company to work with.

I worked with Chimney Sweeps of America on a double sided fireplace that wasn't drawing fumes out of the chimney properly. They reconfigured the chimney, rebuilt the fire box and sourced a new log set. The fireplace is now working beautifully. The management team made sure that I was aware of the work and their progress every step of the way. I would definitely hire them again.

Chimney Sweeps of America helped out after we bought our current house to replace the chimney pipes and repair the chimney cap. Their work was fantastic. The also installed a gas fireplace insert upstairs and a wood burning stove insert downstairs. We utilize both devices each winter and they have worked flawlessly. When we needed assistance with an issue on the gas insert, Chimney Sweeps was prompt on their service calls and had us back up and running in less than a day. Every fall we have them out to clean and prepare the fireplaces and chimneys and they have always been courteous and on-time and take precautions to protect against ash and dirt getting everywhere. We will continue to use them going forward.

I have used Chimney Sweeps of America, Inc for over 9 years to clean out my extra long dryer vent and to maintain my fireplace. They are very efficient, thorough and very neat. Overall, Chimney Sweeps of America (and Mark specifically) did an excellent job. They were professional and clean. They had great suggestions for how to get an insert to fit well inside the existing fireplace without changing what was there. And the insert is beautiful. Mark sat down and told me everything I need to know about how to light good fires in it. He also answered all the questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for fireplace installation or maintenance!

CSA arrived on time and well equipped for both tasks. The general manager, Mark Roberts, was especially courteous and patient as we discussed what his team would be doing. The installation went quickly and efficiently; repairs to the chimneys were extensive and took most of the day. After the insert was hooked up, Mark went through the operation of the gas log set and took time to show us how the controls work. Overall, a very positive experience! We highly recommend CSA for cleaning, repairing chimneys and fireplace inserts.

The estimator (Mark) came out on time and gave me a very thorough assessment of my chimneys, with photos. No pressure to sign up, etc. Their office scheduled me for a few weeks out. I was impressed by how professional the office was in setting the appointment, calling with reminders, sending out the bid (and ultimately the invoice) in a timely manner. I.e., they called the right number, send to the right email, called as promised, didn't reschedule, etc. A friendly crew of two young men showed up on time on a warm day, but they didn't complain about the heat. They did patient, careful work on my chimneys. I was pleasantly surprised how much time they spent to do it correctly. The tuck pointing fixed an air infiltration issue I didn't realize was there. The crown coats renewed the two surfaces, saving the one crown that I hadn't replaced in 35 years. Painless, no hassles.

Very smooth. The entire demo was done quickly and efficiently. All remnants and old unit completely removed. New framing and installation was equally smooth and complete. Cleanup was complete. These technicians were excellent!!! Their skills and communications with us every step of the way were really appreciated. They are very good at what they do. We enjoyed working with them and have so loved our new fireplace.

Mark cleaned, serviced, and repaired the fireplace promptly. I got before and after pictures to show the work needed and completed. I couldn't have asked for better support and service.

Service was prompt, efficient and friendly. A few months after our gas fireplace was initially repaired, it was not lighting. They came out again (no charge) and taught us how to get the pilot light going properly. Will definitely use again if needed.
