Wonderful. Grant was so very informative-so many things I didn't know like the grate we had been using for over 20 years was the wrong size for our fireplace. Being too large it helped cause some of the problems we had. They did an excellent job and cleaned up the mess too. Nothing for me to clean up after them. Thanks to all who worked on this job.

Chimney sweeps were great to work with, very friendly and professional. I purchased my home about a year ago, it is about 25 years old and this is the original fireplace. Mark provided great advice on current condition of fireplace and some valuable pointers I was not aware of. I would recommend their services to anyone in need.

Mark from Chimney Sweeps of America installed a new fireplace in my house. They did an absolutely fantastic job and would highly recommend them! I had a few fireplace companies bid on my project. Other companies did not take the time to my specific needs and were not confident in how the new fireplace should be installed. Chimney Sweeps of America took the time to really understand my needs. They worked with me to find the best fire place to fit my current opening and I could tell they totally understood the installation process. When it came time to install the fireplace, the installation went very smoothly. The quality of the work was top notch. Working with Mark and the team was great. A bird had nested in my gas’s fireplace flu and the unit was in dire need of a cleaning as I had never cleaned it since buying my house. Wonderful, the team they sent out was awesome! We were so impressed. The young men worked hard and completed the work quickly and professionally. The gave us information that will help with some repairs we need in the future but for now, they left everything clean neat and they were so polite.

The CSOA company was a pleasure to work with. We had an ancient stove that needed replacement. They were in contact from the start, on time, and professional. There was a little hiccup with the products they ordered but it was handled accordingly and we are happy with the final results. We appreciate all the hard work.

I was very impressed with the work done. The guys were very punctual and respectful of the interior of our house (brought a drop cloth to ensure that no dirt got on the carpet). In no time at all, they had the issue fixed and the fire place working again. I was delighted with the work they did. I will 100% use Chimney Sweeps Of America again whenever I need assistance with future repairs on my fireplace (or installing a new one). They were AWESOME!!!

We needed our old wood-burning fireplace clean and were lucky enough to find CSoA. They were on time, cleaned up after they left, and just generally did an amazing job. As I suspected, ok knew, the unit I'd had professionally installed only a year prior was not done according to code and more importantly extremely unsafe (and we'd been using it all year). I'm lucky my house didn't burn down. Again, this was a set up recommended by a broker who also recommended an unlicensed installer (something I didn't realize at the time). Because the stove the other company sold "said" it was rated for my fireplace but the fireplace was not rated for the stove, the previous company took no responsibility or liability. Not so with Chimney Sweeps. They are consummate professionals and still reasonably priced. They'll put your safety first while still keeping your budget top of mind. They replaced the very unsafe wood-burning stove insert with a completely safe high-efficiency wood-burning stove that was appropriate for my unit. It was a difficult job but they worked hard to allow me to continue to have a real wood setup and still be safe. They also maintain my fireplace yearly for a fair price (even given discounts to early birds). I can't recommend them highly enough.

We are entirely pleased with the work done by Chimney Sweeps of America. Mark, the service technician, was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He coordinated the activities of the electrician who helped with the installation of the gas insert and the masons who undertook the repairs to the chimneys. Mark clearly enjoyed his work and his enthusiasm for pleasing his customers was obvious. We are delighted to have a new dependable gas insert in our family room and are considering upgrading our wood-burner downstairs to gas. We would certainly contact Chimney Sweeps of America to do the work.

If you are looking for anything fireplace related, look no further! Chimney Sweeps of America (CSoA) is a dream team. They are, without doubt, the best group of professionals I have ever had the pleasure to work with. As a first time home buyer, any price-tag seems to give me sticker shock, but CSoA came out to my house & listened to everything I was looking for in a fireplace, and gave me the most reasonable quote of anyone in the Denver area by far. In less than 8 hours, even after a last second request on my part (literally last second as they were inches from cutting into my wall), they turned my blank wall into a beautiful floor to ceiling gas fireplace. My house is now a home, and CSoA was a joy to work with throughout the entire process, even during a pandemic.

This company was excellent. They were on time, informative about process, kept work area clean. They provided pictures throughout entire process. We bought a house that had not had maintenance on gas fireplace in years. It now looks and works like new. They were affordable too. We highly recommend and will definitely use them again.

The office staff there is great to work with. And Jon did a great job installing our pellet stove. He was right on time and took all the time he needed to get the job done. I would definitely hire them again.
