Fireplace is one of the best things in the house. Chimney Sweeps of America follows up yearly for my maintenance and always very professional. Wish I could put another one in every room. Great company.

We have a wood burning insert which was installed by Chimney Sweeps of America several years ago. We always get them to clean our chimney. They are efficient and always provide before and after pictures of the chimney. Very professional and courteous. BTW, I would definitely recommend the insert. It heats up the entire house and is much more economical way of using a fireplace.

I would recommend Chimney Sweeps for anyone. They did a great job of fixing my crumbling fire stack (pieces were falling off) and installing a new gorgeous and very usable fireplace. It is gas fueled and I control it with a remote control. So easy and no mess. The crew is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. They showed up on the scheduled date and completed the project on a very timely basis.

Nate was our technician and did an excellent job. He was polite and thorough and gave us a breakdown on what repairs would be needed to our chimney.

Company was great about scheduling our appointment even though they were booked out so far in advance. Work was done quickly. They came back out and made additional repairs to a piece we didn't know needed the repair.

Perfect! Mark is extremely professional, arrived early, took the time to walk me through what he was going to do beforehand, and explained the entire process. Where repairs were needed, he talked to me first about them and gave me options. He then followed up with a detailed email, including pictures of our fireplaces, the work that was done, and any future recommendations. I truly wish every contractor we hired were even half as professional, dedicated, and personable as Mark is. I would also add that the professionalism we encountered began with the office staff when we first called to set up our appointments. Trisha was very friendly, asked detailed questions to ascertain the amount of time that was going to be required for our time slot, followed up with both reminder phone calls and emails. We are extremely happy with all the work Mark did and best of all...we are now enjoying our fireplaces! We HIGHLY recommend Chimney Sweeps of America!!

Can’t afford the services needed to get the fireplace up to code

Mark and the whole team were incredible! They were very communicative and professional throughout the entire time we worked together. Mark was very quick to address a minor concern of a lingering smell and came back as soon as we reported it to ensure us that it was all fine. We have worked with previous contractors on other projects who have lacked attention to the small details. Mark and his team were very cognizant of ensuring that their work was done correctly and thoroughly. We had no touch up issues with our fireplace. We love the fireplace they’ve installed and would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Nate was very thorough, professional and courteous.

I requested and received quotes on both a full fireplace replacement and only a gas log set replacement. I opted for the latter just due to the amount of extra work that a full replacement would have entailed. Chimney Sweeps were totally professional through the estimate and work, and the new log set is just the right thing for going into winter.

We had been having an issue with what we thought was our remote for the fireplace. The GM came out and replaced it at no charge (generally a $250 cost). After he left we found that this didn't fix the problem and that a new receiver/module was needed. The GM sent me a personal email stating that he has contacted the manufacturer and that there will be no cost for us, that the vendor is covering the cost of the part and Chimney Sweeps will replace it with no labor charge. Unbelievable customer service.

The entire process was great. Each person we worked with throughout the process was fantastic. It was smooth and we were kept informed from the first phone call until the installation. We love the ease and convenience of the gas fireplace and it looks wonderful. Mark was terrific to work with on installation day. He went through everything so we understood the remote control. He also answered any questions we had after the installation.

We hired Chimneysweeps of America to clean and inspect our fireplace. (We've used them in past years and they've always done a great job.) They found some items that would now need expensive repair if we decided to keep burning wood in the fireplace, and they mentioned that a gas insert might be more cost-effective. We asked them to submit a proposal and they did: it was clear, complete, and understandable. They arranged for all necessary tasks: routing a new gas line, electrical, and installation of the insert. We worked with their design team to come up with an insert that honors the spirit of our huge, impressive fireplace while providing an efficient, easy-to-use gas insert. The new fireplace looks great, and the insert is wonderful: it has so many super features that we use a lot. Throughout the whole process, Chimneysweeps of America was low-pressure, clear, timely, polite and extremely professional. Their representative, Mark Roberts, was outstanding. We might have been able to save some money by parceling out tasks ourselves, but the peace of mind of having one, extremely reliable contractor responsible for the entire project is well worth it. We're very glad we decided to go with Chimneysweeps of America and their recommended solution.

Very, very well. Mark Roberts came out to work on my fireplace. He was so kind and patient to let me watch him and ask a lot of questions, also taking the time to show my how to take care of my fireplace. On a side note, due to a scheduling conflict, I needed to change my appointment. Chimney Sweeps and Mark were gracious enough to reschedule it very quickly even though they had a full schedule, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend them and just can't say enough good things this business.

I randomly selected a chimney sweep service and was very pleased with my selection. Trisha was very nice and professional in confirming the type of service that I needed and although it was originally scheduled in the future, contacted me when there was a cancellation and the technician was in my area. Nate arrived when he said he would, he was professional, clean and respectful of the space and did not rush through the process. He did a great job and even showed me how to light and turn off the insert. I would highly recommend this company.
