It did not go well.
Description of Work: While this company was on time and responsive, I basically paid for nothing. I was unaware that they did not do estimates. They told me they would have to perform a 'safety' inspection on the fireplace to see if they could replace it with a working gas unit. The man basically came out and looked at it and then charged me $150. He didn't even provide a written estimate of what it would cost to get my fireplace fixed, just a guess of 10K. I would not go with this company if you are looking.
