It turned out great. They kind of went over and beyond. They did pretty good.

The management of the company was good. They gave me the quote which was for a good price. The workers, however, did not do the best job. They caused a huge mess in the house and did not clean up well at all. I didn’t call them back again because of that.

Ron True's pricing was competitive, about $300 under the other bid for nearly identical carpet. His contractors installed a day early in a rental property, which enabled us to collect an extra day's rent. Seams were nearly perfect. Cleanup was a little lacking (maybe their vacuum cleaner was failing?). In all, we were satisfied with the material and the workmanship. We'll include Carpet Zone in future bid requests.

Ron was great to work with from the beginning. He was attentive to our needs and made great suggestions to help get us to the right choices for our home. His installers are awesome. Very professional, on time, and they care about their work just like Ron. They did what they promised, when they promised, kept a neat work space, answered all our questions, and took care of all the little things that we hadn't even thought about.

They were able to start the work soon after the estimate. The quality of the materials used was very impressive. They had carpet guys start on the upstairs and laid the tile while the wood acclimatized (very efficient use of time). When they finished laying the wood it was a day early and looked phenomenal. Overall very impressed with the quality of work and fairness of price. I would definitely use them again.

Experience started ok, the owner came out and gave me an estimate. Then the fun begins.... Calls back the next day, tells me the estimate does not cover the stairs....ok, wish you had told me that, but ok. Sends his installer out, calls to tell me they have issues. Make the 3rd site visit to talk to them. We decide to put carpet in one room, and figure out a solution to the other floor issues. This is the 3rd time they have seen the place and inspected it and prepped it for install. They come out a 4th time and prep the floor for the install. They come out a 5th time now to install and the owner *emails* me to tell me he pulled his people put because there is a 1 inch rise in my main level floor. They do not offer to figure out a solution, or have an excuse why the 4 previous times they did not look at this, just that they pulled their people and they would not be coming back. I called to ask what was going on, and asked them to meet me again in the morning to explain and to figure out a plan of action. I called several times that day and also emailed, as I needed to make a decision ASAP on what to do. He refused to call or talk to me, he just emailed to say they would not be coming back out, with no explanation. I then had 4 other companies come out to give an estimate. None of them had an issue with the main floor, and we did a similar fix for the upstairs floor issues. They did the entire install in 3 days, and the floor looks great. The lack of customer service, planning, communication, and failure to follow up or honor their commitment would prevent me from ever doing business with Carpet Zone.

This is the second time we've hired Ron and the guys from Carpet Zone. Again, they came through in every way and we are as happy as a person can be about our new carpet and the hardwood they refinished. The crew that did the carpet was on time, clean, polite and respectful of everything in our home. The gentleman who did the refinish on the hardwood was truly a craftsman- you could tell that he likes his job and that he likes pleasing the client. The finish looks AMAZING! I'll never use another flooring company. When we move on from this house we'll be calling Ron for any flooring / tile / hardwood needs that come up. I've already recommended him to our friends. Anyone out there who is considering getting any type of flooring owes it to themselves to at least meet Ron. His educational sales style is a breath of fresh air and his finished product is always top notch.

Carpet Zone was very helpful from the start. Their salesman met me at my home. Measured the areas I wanted done. Then sat down with me and went over samples he brought out. I found the salesman very knowledgeable. He helped me every step of the way. From color, type, wear, and installation he was there. I was impressed. I had my carpet installed Jan 5th. The Installers were prompt, and professional. They moved all my big furniture with care. Tore out the old carpet and Installed the new carpet, vacuumed and put my furniture back all in the same day. It was fantastic. Great people, fantastic work. This was a good experience from the beginning to the end. Thanks Carpet Zone I will refer you again and again.

Ron & the guys from Carpet Zone were absolutely a pleasure from start to finish. We went to a couple of other providers of flooring in the Denver area and far and away received the best experience with Ron at Carpet Zone. From the moment we stepped through his showroom door we were greeted with an education instead of a sales pitch. He guided us through the product selection process and determined exactly what we needed for our upstairs bedrooms. We had him refinish our hardwood floors throughout the rest of our house as well. His pricing was competitive and his crew's level of expertise in refinishing hardwood certainly surpassed our expectations. They were on time and completed the project as they said they would. Ron's in-home consultation & final measure really helped to solidify our decision to go with him compared with our experience from two other dealers. His in-home quote stayed within our budget, and we ended up with a higher quality product from Carpet Zone for the same price as a lesser product from another dealer. We look forward to doing our tile in the bathroom next year and perhaps the fireplace with these guys.
