After they finished cleaning, our house smelled of urine for days. We were unable to use the rooms. I called them a few days later and said this was unacceptable, they promptly showed up that afternoon. Great. But they did a quick run thru with the problem areas and later the house stilled smelled gross. I would never use this company again or recommend their services.
Description of Work: Hired company to clean carpets in many rooms. Ad stated they specialized in removing pet stains and odors (for an additional $80). We had 2 rooms that had minor pet stains, very minor, like less than 3 spots.
