+ -1 moreWe are preparing our rental home for sale and the last tenant broke 2 of the tiles around the fireplace, one full size and one cut to about 4 inches. We knew it would be difficult to match tile from when the home was built.... luckily 2 tiles from original construction were in the basement. Our handyman, who we originally asked to do the job, botched it and broke 1 of the 2 tiles. We feared we'd end up having to rip out ALL the tiles around the fireplace since we were running out of materials. I called James and he was able to go out the next day. He somehow managed to pop off the full size broken tile without further damaging it, salvage enough material from it to repair the 4 inch piece, and install the remaining full size tile. I think it took him an hour? and it looked great. It was a small job, but he saved us a headache and possible further expense... even if we had ended up ripping everything out and re-installing, his quote was reasonable. James was also personable and speedy, and I'm really glad we found him!
