Description of Work: Zack, the company owner came to my home to do a tune and search for a suspected virus. He showed on time and listened as I described my problems and suspicions. He then went right to work and allowed me to watch as he explained what he was doing. I luckily didn't have a virus. My lap-top is running faster now and I have more confidence that it is clean. I have already recommended Zack to several of my friends that have home computers. I will be using him as the need arises. Thanks Zack

Description of Work: I had a BIOS password request suddenly appear on my last re-boot. I contacted Zack by email in the evening and by the next business morning, I already had a response by email as I had requested. Zack had some ideas about what issues may have caused this issue to happen. He asked me to send a picture of what the screen looked like, which I did. I again had an answer within a couple of business hours (which was impressive considering he was out on a client call.) In the meantime, I tried a fix with one of the ideas he shared with me, and which fixed the problem. Although I did not get to meet Zack personally, I appreciate that he was willing to share information which allowed me to fix this on my own. I am pretty computer savvy, but I will suggest to you that it pays to go with a knowledgeable professional and I will certainly call Zack when I need his services. His prices are reasonable considering his skill-set. Thank you Zack!

Overall, the experience was good.
Description of Work: I initially contacted this company to deal with a virus and/or malware that was causing my computer to run slowly. They came out and did the work and all seemed well...for a short while. I contacted them and they sent another tech out, billing me once again for their 90 minute minimum. A few days later, my computer was running more slowly than it ever had. When io contacted them they explained that they'd be happy to help, but would be charging me yet again for the same service i feel i have already paid for TWICE. I declined their offer.

The first service call we were asked to address 10 months ago was for a virus removal which we successfully addressed. Our most recent two service calls for this customer were for a large number of time consuming tasks that were unrelated to a computer tune-up including a DSL modem replacement, wireless router configuration, network printer setup, iPad synchronization, Windows password recovery, email password reset, and email filtering. During this time looked at the multiple computers to ensure there were no obvious signs of failure in addition to standard maintenance tasks. Shortly later through a number of remote support sessions, phone calls, and emails at no charge to the customer, we discovered that there were underlying operating system issues on one of the computers that would require additional time and effort to resolve. Unfortunately, our customer was not interested in our troubleshooting steps or working with us further to find a cost-effective resolution.
