This is an outstanding company, they were on time and completed the job efficiently respecting our home and cleaning up after the job. We had an issue with the original wifi thermostat losing connection to the wifi. They replaced the device however continued with the same issues. They upgraded the thermostat to an ECOBEE, love this device. Apple Aire was in continued contact from the beginning to end meeting their time windows on arrival. Every employee we spoke with was extremely friendly. Our primary Tech, Shane Terry, was outstanding from the Evaluation of the Heater and AC unit to finding the appropriate thermostat with wifi capabilities. We also opted for the annual maintenance which includes a Fall cleaning and operation check of the Furnace and Spring operation check of the AC unit. For the nominal charge it was well worth it. Thanks Apple Aire for an outstanding furnace/ac unit and Service. Highly recommend this company for any of your HVAC needs.

Had a new furnace and AC installed over two separate days. Furnace was installed on the day of a blizzard and the guys all stayed until the job was done and we had heat. Everyone that I've come in contact with from this company is very easy to talk to and very personable. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other needs as they arise.

Apple Aire Heating & Cooling recently replaced our very old gas furnace and air conditioner with high efficiency units. Shane Terry and his excellent crew did an exceptional and meticulous job. They were all very experienced and efficient, tidy, neat, courteous and friendly. Shane removed the falling duct work which was anchored with nails and rehung it with screws. This was a major job at a good cost. Shane even went above and beyond to reconfigure the badly installed two water heaters by another inadequate contractor and he reconfigured the piping and installed an expansion tank to bring them up to code at no charge too me. Thanks. After the installation was completed and tested, I was pleased with the quietness and efficiency of the system. Shane will take the time to work with me and to answer all my questions an concerns. The County inspector passed all the installation and electrical upgrades. Finally, their price was good and reasonable and better than competitors. I am happy and would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. You will not regret using them.

Tyler stopped in right on time as promised. He was a great guy with a friendly smile. I told him my problem and he checked out my non running furnace. He had it running better than ever within 30 minutes. He explained what the problem was and did a overall cleaning as well. The cost was very reasonable and I was happy that he represents a company that does exactly what is needed and no pressure for any additional work. I would highly recommend Apple Aire for any furnace or air conditioning work.

I want to personally thank so many individuals with Apple Aire Cassie, Shane and Dylan. I called in the early afternoon to see if someone could look at my 80+ parents furnace that went out on a very chilly day. Cassie was quick to get Shane out to the house to take a look at it. My parents had a 41 year-old furnace that finally gave out. Shane was quick to get a quote for a new furnace, and Dylan was over in no time to install the furnace same day. What an OUTSTANDING team effort and if I had 10 stars, I would give it to Apple Aire. Their Customer Service is amazing!!! Everyone is so friendly and professional. They made this entire experience for myself and my parents, one that we will never forget.

Shane Terry, Isaiah Oliver-Johnson, and Chris Mays were absolutely outstanding! Friendly, professional, polite, and eager to answer any and all questions and address any and all concern. 41-year-old furnace failed, and they had a new one installed and heat back on in the house by 11pm (the same day they were called)! Not only would I use them again, I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone, anytime. Even wore booties in the house and put down mats over the carpet. Can't be beat!
