About us
Apple Aire is well known in the area for their superior quality workmanship and commitment. Unlike typical HVAC's who simply want to install the unit and be done with it, your Apple Aire technician will diligently consider all factors, including energy efficiency and weatherization to select the most appropriate unit for your home. If you're looking for excellent customer service and an experienced, reliable team for your next HVAC installation, look no further than Apple Aire.
We have just agreed to the bid put together by Nate for an AC/heat pump system for our older home. While this was the highest price bid, Nate's attention to detail really sold us, along with the dedication he showed in his efforts to get our business. We still have to schedule the installation but we're very impressed by his work and the product he represents.

Apple Aire is terrific. Look, it is 2020, so it was a gamble to think installing a new furnace and AC to replace our very old units this year would go smoothly. We gathered several estimates and did a lot of research because we were concerned about picking the right company. From beginning to end, Apple Aire provided great service and I am so glad we chose them. Dylan was responsive throughout (which is a big deal in this industry) and answered every question we had, did not try to oversell us, provided a competitive price quote, quality work, cleaned up, was polite and kind in all interactions, addressed issues we brought to his attention, and made the experience better than expected. There were no complaints, no excuses, and they instilled confidence. Shane, Derrick, Dennis, (apologies for forgetting the woman who scheduled) were all great. When the work was done, the office promptly arranged for inspection with the city (when some companies bid doing the work without guarantee it would pass inspection) and offered a solid warranty on product/services and provided financing options. I am confident we made the right choice and would recommend Apple Aire without hesitation. Thanks for the great experience!

Interviewed seven HVAC installers with five different product line offerings. AppleAire stood out among the installers and their Daikin proposal uniquely met our needs. Had old, low efficiency furnace and AC. Decided to replace and take time finding the right equipment and installer, plus look for newer features like filtering and purification. Requested bids from seven different HVAC installers. Chose two small companies, three large companies, and two medium sized companies. Also chose companies dealing in different product lines. As each reviewed our current system and submitted bids, I interviewed them for experience, knowledge, professionalism, processes, and why they proposed products in their bid. The small companies were informal and seemed a little frazzled, overworked without a lot of time to devote to bids - at least you know you are talking to person who will be on-site for install. They showed up, walked around, answered a few questions and left. Their bids were simple and incomplete. These companies were knowledgeable and capable but the lack of professionalism and follow through made us question how well the rest of the process would go. Small companies also left us on our own to deal with Xcel for any applicable rebates. Large companies run a professional, elaborate operation. Show up with corporate folders and product brochures. Measured rooms, counted windows, and presented detailed bids with all info. They handle rebate process, offer other services, etc. High overhead costs translate into higher bids. Personable, well trained sales guys but you feel like you are handed off to others that know nothing about your project and prior conversations. The two medium sized companies were a mixture. One acted more like a small company, walking around a few minutes and handing us off to others. Other medium sized company (AppleAire) stood out for multiple reasons. They came with info and professionalism like the larger but kept it at a personal level like the smaller - knew we were talking to a person who would be on-site. They brought sales knowledge with the hands-on HVAC experience and expertise. The first thing they said was "there's a problem with that pad area." Six other companies had bid, four had measured the pad area but none had said anything about a size problem. Issue was clearance around the AC as the pad was against the house. Investigated his claim and found that all the other units bid would fit on the pad but would hot have the 9" to 12" clearance from wall per manufacturer specs. This would have been an install day problem. Either units would have been installed with no clearance (and no one telling us about it) or would not have delayed install to pour a new, larger concrete pad first. AppleAire recommended leaving variable speed fan on at all times. None of the other companies mentioned this and all had bid variable speed solutions. Turns out, it is a very reasonable and efficient recommendation; especially if your system includes special air filtering and purification solutions. Air continues to circulate all the time, yielding a more consistent temperature throughout with less frequent calls for heat/cool and without inefficient startup of full speed fan. In terms of equipment bids, everyone bid high-end comparable models. AppleAire bid Daikin equipment and Daikin FIT to solve pad area problem. Reviews of Daikin were very favorable. The FIT was smaller width than larger coil units (uses compressor instead) and fit easily in pad area with plenty of clearance. AppleAire install went smoothly and efficiently. Replaced existing lines to AC which was not offered by others. Tested the equipment at the end of the day and explained how it all worked. We were so impressed with AppleAire experience we requested (unsolicited) multi-year annual service agreement and we have never bought a service agreement fro...
