Great company to work with. Shane was knowledgeable and he and his assistant worked a full day to complete the installation of a new furnace and air. Reminders sent they were coming plus notification before they arrived. Cassie, who works in the office, is always so pleasant and helpful. Also had Rob, the plumber, do a project for us and was pleased with his work. Would highly recommend this company.

These guys have been out a couple of times for me. They are always on time. Easy to get a hold of and schedule with. The techs are always knowledgeable and friendly.

I’m very satisfied with the service and professionalism of the Apple Aire team. My home’s furnace was long past their useful life and finally gave up, After arranging a service visit and troubleshooting the issues, Shane walked me through all my options. I decided to replace with new one and Shane and team were able to meet my day schedule and finish ahead of estimated time. A follow up call was equally met with prompt service and professionalism.

I would have to give at least 25, if not 30, stars for Apple Aire. Five, maybe six (I couldn't keep track!) owners and staff members worked on my project for almost 3 full days (I think it should have taken at least 5!) and I have to give 5+ stars for each one of them! So, that equals at least 25+ stars! After meeting and talking to Shane and Jason, and reading all the reviews, I was perfectly comfortable allowing them full access to my home for the entire time it took them to complete the project as I was not in a position to stay home from work. Awesome service - awesome folks! I hesitate to name names for fear of leaving someone out! All of the owners and staff members are 'top notch'! Apple Aire - You have renewed my faith in customer service and quality performance! Thank you for your commitment and service. Furnace went out on a cold Colorado February evening. Apple Aire came out the next day, and schedule the replacement work for the next day. Can't move much faster than that. The furnace was old and beyond its life expectancy. I don't know if I got good value since I didn't shop around. One snafu from the county inspector was a minor wiring issue that Apple had to come out and correct. It took them a week and a half to come back to do the work. Then it passed. These guys are a very professional bunch that did fast work well. I recommend them.

The serviceman called before he arrived. He was very courteous. He found the problem quickly and explained what needed to be done. He had to get a part for replacement. I will definitely call on this company again in the future and recommend them to any one looking for their service.

Todd the person doing the work was very professional and fixed the problem very quickly. Also, it only cost me $30. You never get a service technician for less than $100. I will call AppleAire for all my furnace work.
