Great company, we had scheduled service for a week out, and they called back when they had a cancellation.

Very knowledgeable sales & service, made a strong effort to understand what we wanted and how we wanted the system to work in an unusual home that was recently renovated. They recommended an old style looking vent register that was perfect for this old house. I am confident that the AC unit that they installed is going to keep our house very comfortable this summer. I would recommend Todd and AppleAire, Inc. without hesitation.

After discussing price point, they convinced my blown fiberglass insulation was a more economical choice. They arrived on time, completed on time, couldn't even tell they had been there (other than the insulated attic).

I own a mid-century split level home with a low pitch roof and masonry wall. The team at Apple Aire was the perfect place to call. Years earlier they installed new air conditioning and replaced our water heater and furnace. We did a home energy audit through Xcel Energy and provided the information to Apple Aire. Because we have two roofs and they were not accessible from attic entries due to the low pitch, we actually had to have the roof opened up so the guys could crawl inside and make sure every nook and cranny was filled. It took two days and they made sure the roofing contractor (who was so excellent we hired him when we needed to replace the roof) was on site at night to make sure everything was protected from the elements. It was a hot summer, and even hotter inside our rolled asphalt roof. They earned a good review from just surviving the heat! Afterwards, we had a follow-up audit and saw a significant improvement. Apple Aire and I walked through the house, determined which sealing chores were in my capabilities to do myself and which issues I should hire a pro for. It really has made a tremendous difference in our heating and cooling bills. We had old blown in insulation that was inadequately done that never had much of an R value. Out with the old, in with the new and now we have a much more comfortable and efficient home. I would not do business with anyone else for heating and cooling needs than with Apple Aire.

I spent a great deal of time with the owner on my property trying to find the most ideal cooling system for a split level, flat roof home with forced air heat. Location of the unit and capacity was particularly challenging for a mid-century home. When we were done we had the perfect cooling unit. During our conversation he saved us from certain disaster by noticing that our heat exchanger in the furnace was cracked (I had not done an inspection in quite some time). So, we purchased a new furnace and water heater at the same time. They do annual inspection on the air conditioner and furnace, and even remind us when it is time. The only problem we have had is the furnace manufacturer going out of business. Apple Aire still honors the warranty and works hard to make sure we have parts. And they come in the dead of night in the bitter winter if you need them. There is no one I would recommend more highly and no one I would rather do business with than Apple Aire.

I obtained four bids and their pricing was competitive. The office staff and tech's were very professional and responsive. The install of the air conditioner went very smoothly. My only concern is the AC lines were installed below my ceiling in the finished basement due to the restrictions of the 1960's design, which will need to be addressed. They also removed my old swamp cooler on the side of my home and capped off the wiring for me. All in all a very positive experience. I will use Apple Air going forward for sure.

They took the time to do it right the first time, even driving back down to Wheat Ridge from Lafayette to get a replacement part. Thanks so much

Todd from Apple Aire solved our 5-year old heating and cooling problem in our 1930s craftsman home. His work included: Moving furnace to the attic Installing new ductwork to first floor and basement Installing new 1.5 ton AC unit Installing tankless hot water heater Included all electrical work, moving water and gas lines, new vents, and a bunch of other miscellaneous work items The price was very competitive and the final invoice was just as quoted. No hidden fees or charges. Todd knew I was on a budget and was able to offer and open box AC unit which saved us about $1,500. He came out on Monday to evaluate the new configuration. They started the next day extremely prompt. Work took 3 full days (Tuesday through Thursday). His crew showed up on time, rolled out the red carpet (literally!), worked diligently (9-6) and made measurable progress each day. They were polite, conscientious, and helped answer questions as we went along; a very transparent process. In addition, we were impressed at how they kept the area clean (given all of the drilling, cutting into our ceiling, moving of insulation, etc.). Their attention to detail and quality workmanship was top notch. The new configuration made a very considerable difference in airflow it is simply amazing. I expect our energy bills to go down significantly. This is one of the best experiences Ive had with a contractor. Out of the five contractors that came to bid on this work, Apple Aire was the only one who took the time to propose the right solution. I highly recommend them and you will too.
