The service men were very nice, polite and efficient. They answered my questions immediately and took their time to explain what they were doing and gave me information on the instillation of my new gas furnace all in one day . They were neat and cleaned up to perfection after their installation. I would certainly refer them as the Pro's they are. Just great!

Had a heater go out in one of my rental units. Even though it was a Sunday night these guys came out and took care of the problem right away. They even recommended some solutions to another problem that I asked him about. Very Courteous and professional. I would recommend them again

It took a week to get an inspection appointment. After a 30 minute inspection, he came up from the cellar and I asked, "What's the diagnosis?" He grunted at me without a word and walked out the front door. I called Apple Air a couple days later and was told that they were looking for a furnace for me. I called another few days later and was told they were still looking. They knew we didn't have any central heat in the house with children and never once called me back. I called them repeatedly over a week's time and they never helped us. I ended up hiring another company who replaced the furnace within 12 hours of my first phone call. Terrible customer service in every possible way.
