Description of Work: I needed a void filled under a patio. The patio also needed to be raised to the original level.

+ -1 moreA waste of time! I can’t comment on the quality of Advanced Mudjacking’s work, but my experience is they are not a reliable company. After taking time off to be at home for a scheduled estimate and waiting around for hours, Brian never showed up. Trudy in their office had an attitude of indifference and just wanted to reschedule the estimate for another day. They seem very disorganized and confused. If your time is valuable and customer service is important to you, I am certain there are much better choices than Advanced Mudjacking for concrete leveling work.
Description of Work: Concrete leveling of porch, garage floor and sidewalk at my home.

+ -1 moreI've used Advanced Mudjacking in the past to raise concrete in front of the house to prevent flooding on the lower level of the house. They are very dependable, reasonably priced, and efficient. They also provide discounts for multiple houses in the same neighborhood if the job is completed at the same time!

+ -1 moreWe are selling our house and needed to make some repairs so that the house would be more presentable and sell better. We called Advance Mudjacking on a recommendation of pur selling realtor. They answered their phone right away and we scheduled a day and time for someone to come to our house to inspect and give us an estimate. The estimate was very reasonable so we scheduled the repairs to be done for early the next week. The day before the work was done, we were given a window of half an hour of when the mud jackers would arrive. They were very professional and the repair was high quality.
Description of Work: We had a front step into the front of our house that had settled several inches lower than its original location. The driveway lined up about 3 inches lower than the pavement in the garage. The sidewalk to the front step was un-level in multiple places. Advance came in and raised the step back into position, leveled the sidewalk, and raised and leveled the driveway. It looks great now! They gave us an estimate soon after first calling them, and then came out for the repair just a couple of days later. This repair was done in January which would have to make the work more difficult with colder weather.

Description of Work: Mudjacked our front porch and filled the void under it that had been dug by rabbits for several years. Mudjacked driveway to level it off.

+ -1 moreThe company was late on the day to jack, drilled right into vents, the jacking only raised it 1 inch where 2-3 inches were needed. The holes were filled in well and no concern for water leaking.
