Description of Work: I originally contacted and subsequently retained Dave to do a "Spring Clean Up" in my yard. He offered lots of extras at an affordable cost. There were a couple of times when Dave did not show up as agreed. I travel a fair amount and was not always available to chat in person about his scheduling. He did not feel he had to notify customers when he wasn't going to show up for appointments. Rain, too many people to see in one day, etc. I am most disappointed in his professionalism. I sent Dave full payment (once my Invoice was corrected) via Chase. You have a full two weeks to claim it and it transfers immediately. The first payment expired. I travel for business. A second time I sent payment via Chase Pay. Again, the payment expired. I return from work travel to find a "Collection" notice. Wow! I called and left 2 voicemails for Dave. No return call. Never did Dave tell me he would not accept Chase Payment electronically. It's the easiest way for me to pay since I am often out of the country. It seems to take Dave a long time to figure out his pay policy. Be careful he doesn't turn you over to collections for something he chose to ignore! Rosanna 303 319 6886 cell

Description of Work: We used Dave to winterize our sprinkler system, as well as have our lawn aerated and fertilized for the winter. He was prompt, courteous, and the job was done well. I plan on using A1 Home Helper for similar jobs in the future without a doubt.

Description of Work: The provider called me and stated that he was sorry to say that he does not service my particular area. He was very gracious and apologetic . He also stated that if I could not receive my refund to let him know and he would honor the deal...come to do the yard work. To that end, I am very much appreciative.
