See above. TERRIBLE!!
Description of Work: Reupholstered sofa & put the FABRIN ON BACKWARD! This was VERIFIED by seller of fabric. Then I had another job pending and THEY KEPT MY CUSHIONS AND EXPENSIVE FABRIC and have not resolved the problem! OBSINANT and verbally abusive. No joke. GO ELSEWHERE!!!

well, this is very long story with this customer. she provided fabrics and fabric was double sided. normally top of the fabrics manufacturers keep inside for easy unroll and cut so what we did. It would be very fair to mention that [Member Name Removed] said nothing about what side she want and even didn't open that roll with fabrics, that she received from the store, she just gave it to us and just because we didn't read her mind she left us unpaid??? when we delivered her couch, she was so happy and said Thank you guys many times.There another side of that story that [Member Name Removed] prefer to hide from public, that she actually didn't have a money on her account when she wrote us a check, according that information what we got from her bank, she wrote us a check from a very old account where she had nothing, zero. on our side we did everything to make her happy, normally we charge for the sofa $480.00( please note we have a very low prices in a city) but we gave her a discount and did job for $ 460.00, free pick up and delivery and when she accused us of bad job we agreed to come and fix that ''problem'' but we got a very suspicious about payment and went first to her bank and find out that there no money, when we confronted her about that, she lied that check has been canceled and that was not true yet , she canceled that check later, so we decided to keep her fabrics and rotten cushions as a lien until she pay for her job,also she said in her review that we were verbally abusive and that is not true again... it was she who yelled on us in her messages, I saved all our conversations and can easily prove it, who was actually abusive. about punctuality, she is wrong again, she requested delivery on May 5th of 2017 at 6pm and we did it, . Do not worry [Member Name Removed] we keep your pillows and fabrics in a good dry place until you pay for the first job. we really believe,all that dirt she throw on us it just because she do not want to pay for the job. We are not afraid of that bad review because we are honest people... We work with customers for many years and she is the first one,who left our job unpaid. Description of Work: Vitaylia was puncutal to the estimate appt. His prices are very reasonable and he seems to take great pride in his work. He worked with me to come up with a finish date that was acceptable to me. We're scheduled to have work done mid September. If all goes as expected from my initial experience and based on the other reports on Angie's List , I plan on using his services for several other projects.

I received a response to my inquiry call the same day that I called, we scheduled a time for a bid on the next day. She and her husband arrived promptly, bringing a nice variety of fabric samples for me to choose from. They gave an immediate estimate, and took the chair with them that day. She called me a few days later when they received the ordered material, and called back about a week later to say that the chair was done. Her husband delivered it promptly and we were very pleased with the work. As a "surprise" they made the leftover material into a matching pillow. The chair had been completely re-done, including tightening of the reclining mechanism.

I have two French Provincial side chairs that I needed to have recovered. I had already purchased the fabric and the structure of the chairs was in new condition. After obtaining estimates that ranged from $900 and $700 for both chairs to $300 for both chairs, I was ready to go with the $300. I sgtill had one more estimate to go and that was with Larish Dyubko and Maryana Roshko. They came to my house and gave me a price of $150 for both. Of course I chose them and I am thrilled with the results. Not only did they pick up and deliver the chairs, not only did they recover them beautifully, including the matching cording trim, they even retouched the wood for no extra charge. The chairs look better than when I purchased them new 25 years ago. They are absolutely beautiful! I certainly will use them again if I have something to be recovered or reupholstered and highly recommend them. I would be glad to send before and after pictures of the chairs to anyone who is interested. They can be requested from elainealopez@gmail.com
