Vitaliys Furniture Upholstery & Euro Pro Carpet Cleaning

I had broken the zipper on the cushion and had company coming to stay with me and wanted it repaired quickly. I delivered the cushion to them on a monday and was able to pick it back up the following monday before my company arrived. They repaired the cushion fill which had been damaged by my dogs as well as replaced the zipper. It is a very professional repair and I'm very happy with the product.

First of all, Maryana and her husband Vitaly were very responsive. Vitaly actually picked up and delivered the chair--which is very much appreciated. The price they quoted was very reasonable too. The cushions turned out pretty good aside from a few issues: 1) I sent a picture of exactly what I wanted, however they used foam that was probably 1-2 inches too thick. It looks a little bit awkward on this Danish modern chair. 2) Vitaly offered to replace the seat straps free of charge. Although an incredibly generous offer, I specifically asked that they only replace with the same type of construction or not at all. Instead, they removed the straps and stapled fabric to the frame of the seat. Now the integrity and value of the chair has been compromised. Also, It will be a hassle in the future if I want to change the fabric since I will now have to remove the stapled fabric from the frame. 3) I also asked that they take 3 over-sized throw pillow I already bought and cut them down in size -- a simple alteration. Instead, they took the stuffing out of the pillows and created three new ones from the stuffing. I attribute it to a mix-up in communication and let it go.

I really liked both my couch and loveseat (from 1988) but the original fabric was completely worn. I was tired of the constant slipcovers, so I decided to get them redone. I found Maryana Rozhko on Angie's list and contacted them. It is a family owned business. The husband came to the house with lots of fabric samples and I picked out what I liked. He and his son loaded the furniture into their truck. When the furniture came back it was like new again. I didn't noticed until days later exactly how much quality went into every design decision and stitch of the fabric. It was actually BETTER than when it was brand new. No cheap short cuts here, just quality work through and through. They had some extra fabric and so they made 4 pillows to go with it too.

Worked me into their schedule the day after I called. Very friendly and cooperative. Superb workmanship: perfect fit with strong reinforcement. Cost was significantly better than other bidders. I will definitely use them for future upholstery projects. Strongly recommend.

Vitaliy is a wonderful, professional craftsman with his uphostering services. His work is beautiful and exact. He gave me a very wonderful selection of fabrics to chose from but you can buy your own elsewhere and provide it to him. He is agreeable to both. I brought my chair to him, but he also can pick up furniture items. After completion, I picked up my chair from him. I would highly recommend Vitaliy for any upholtery work.

I sent a url with a photo of my reclining chair and asked whether it would be a candidate for re-upholstery. I received an e-mail within 20 minutes with a detailed explanation that in my particular situation, due to labor costs, it would be best to buy a new chair. I appreciated the courtesy and timely response. The information that this provider gave me was useful in deciding to put this issue to rest. No more research required.

It was good work at a good price. Maryana Rozhko was nice and his work was timely. He let me pick whatever fabric I wanted for the couch. Some people make you buy fabric from them, so I appreciated the option.

Vitaly and Maryana came to our mountain home, driving up here through falling snow and high winds. They were so energetic and enthusiastic as we brought them into the house and showed them what we needed done. We had two old (40 years) love seats that were upholstered in the original fabric, a crushed velvet (reminiscent of the 70's). These poor old things had gotten pretty broken down, and of course the upholstery was totally shot. They gave us an estimate of their labor fee, and we picked some fabric then and there. They carried these loveseats out through the snow and put them into their van. A few weeks later, Maryana called and said they would like to deliver the loveseats. They came last night, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Those old broken-down loveseats were totally repaired and upholstered beautifully. They even threw in four pillows upholstered in the same fabric. We couldn't be happier with the results, and we would most enthusiastically recommend them. In fact, we're going to have them reupholster a recliner in the near future.

I took a picture, which I e-mailed, and they were able to give me an estimate based on the picture. I then took my chair to them and was able to view the assortment of fabrics they had available. I actually decided I preferred a fabric I had looked at elsewhere, and there was no pressure to buy the fabric from them instead. I felt they did the work in a very timely manner and communicated well with me throughout the process. They also did the work for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend this business!

I originally hired this firm to replace the foam in my loveseat cushions. The work was completed with excellence, on time and at the price quoted. I subsequently tried their cleaning service. They do an excellent job. Specifically, they will move or remove things from the counters, furniture, and bureaus to ensure every inch is dusted and clean. They arrive on time and leave when the job is done. They price by the job, and have not charged me any extra when there are a few extra things to do. I have found them to be honest, responsive, and hard-working.

Extremely satisfied. There were a couple of miscommunications in the beginning but all worked out in the end. I was extremely pleased with the overall services provided. The team was prepared and listened to everything we wanted to have done. They asked questions along the way to be sure our expectations were being met.

Very professional from start to finish. They came to our house with samples to help us select a fabric, took the furniture with them and returned it to us in great shape. Loved the fabric, workmanship and professionalism of this company.

Vitalyi came to my house to give me an estimate and show me fabric samples. He brought along an album of photos of his work for me to look through as well. He had a lot of fabric to chose from, but nothing in the color I wanted. Vitalyi had no problem with my shopping for fabric elsewhere. He advised me on how much fabric to buy and told me to call him when I found what I wanted and was ready for him to re-cover the chair. It took me over a month to find my fabric, but when I did, Vitalyi came back to my house and picked up the chair and fabric and told me he'd be back in about 2 weeks. He delivered the chair back to me on time, and he did a great job! I'm really happy with how the chair turned out. VItalyi was prompt, professional, and polite and did quality work. I would definitely use him again.

I would definitely recommend this service. I was so very pleased with the re-upholsterd chairs. They look brand new and the finished product was even better than expected. The estimate was free and the chairs were delivered on time as promised.

This company, Rozhko Upholstery, is top of the line! These folks really know and perform excellent upholstery work, and are highly professional. Mr. Rozhko showed up on time for the free estimate, and was very helpful with suggestions for fabrics, and the work needed. We arranged a convenient pick-up time, and he was prompt for that, also. The job was estimated to be completed in August, but as we asked for an additional item to be done, it will be completed in September. This worked out fine with our schedule. It is a pleasure to do business with such a polite, professional, and competent craftsman. Did I mention that Mr. Rozhko and his wife have lovely Russian accents? They were both charming! He accommodated working around our schedule, and even helped up move out the old sofa we no longer needed. He and his father-in-law were very careful moving things in and out of the house, and also considerate not to leave doors open for our pets to get out. He kept to his estimate, and we give him and Rozhko Upholstery our very highest recommendation. Our 20-yr-old sofa and loveseat look even better than when we bought them at a high end furniture store back East, and he touched up the wood trim expertly! When we asked him if he had enough fabric left to cover and ottoman (now in possession of our cat), he said he would do that too!! (minus the cat) The workmanship is excellent! Thank you for a great experience. We are telling our son and his wife in their new home, and our friends, what a good job this was!!

Vitaly arrived promptly with many fabric samples. I chose one and we discussed how he would recover the cushions. I was concerned because he planned to add some slightly padded material under the cover fabric and I was worried that it would increase the dimensions of the cushions He insisted that it wouldn't and that that was his standard practice. I think his workmanship is very good. However, the material did bulk up the cushions a bit. They still fit, but just barely. I did ask him to take one back and cut it down so that it would slot back in. He did so without complaint and returned it within a couple of days.I'd really like to rate the company a solid A, because the workmanship is good, the price reasonable, Vitaly was on time, and returned my sofa when he said he would. I was annoyed at his insistence that the lining material underneath the fabric cover would not increase the bulk of the cushions. It did, and the two back cushions are crammed into the space along the back of the sofa (it's really one of those wood framed settles) and I should have had him cut down the other arm rest cushion.

Vitaylia was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend to anyone needing quality upholstery work done at a very reasonable price to go to him. He takes great pride in his work, does a terrific job, and completed the work in time as promised. Amazing!! I'd give him 10 stars

This couple reupholsters furniture and cleans/shampoos furniture and carpet. The husband reupholstered two large armchairs for me last summer. He did a terrific job and even made two pillows for me for free. If the price seems high, please realize these are enormous armchairs, almost the size of a loveseat each, and these chairs were in terrible condition. I also selected some more expensive fabric. I am very satisfied with the work and would use them again for any of the services they offer.

I needed to have cushions and arms reupholstered on two wing back chairs using matching fabric that I provided. They responded promptly to my call, came to my house and provided an estimate. After I accepted their bid, we scheduled the pickup of the chairs approximately one month later, after the holidays, and I paid them a deposit. They followed up with a reminder phone call before the scheduled pickup of the chairs. They completed the work within a week and returned the chairs promptly. They returned all of the unused fabric to me. The work was carefully done, the chairs look great and the new cushions are quite comfortable. Their price was reasonable. Next time I use them, I would discuss the placement of the fabric pattern in more detail. It is a large floral pattern, and there is one section of the chairs that I would have preferred the pattern be oriented differently, which I'm sure they would have done if I had asked ahead of time.

I had been looking for someone to reupholster my 12-year-old sectional sofa for some time, but the estimates were simply too high. After joining Angie's list, I found the Rozhkos based on good reviews by former clients. From start to finish, this was a good experience. Within 24 hours of my first call, I had an estimate. Within 48 hours, my sofa was picked up. I had selected some faux leather on my own, but Vitlay had other samples that were more to my liking so I went with his selection. I was also unsure whether I wanted a welt on the cushions because the sectional is quite modern, so Vitaly made a sample of each! The sofa was ready exactly when promised and, in addition, I was surprised with some cute damask accent pillows. The quote for this job ($600 including misc supplies + faux leather) was just unbelievably reasonable. I would recommend the Rozhkos 110%. Excellent experience overall.

I got them off the list and they were extremely good. They did a beautiful job and the price was extremely reasonable. I spent $150 each for the two little chain back chairs and that was including the material. They took off the material from the dining room chairs, totally re-padded them, and used the same material and did a beautiful job on that. They also did a very, very nice job on my living room couch. I spent $1025 on the couch and $24 each for the chairs in the dining room and I had them do 6. A total of $1400 I spent on all that work. They were easy to work with and they also brought samples of material with them. I am planning on having them re-do two more little chairs. They were very personable and they did an excellent job.

Everything was great from start to finish. Came to the house to show fabric samples and took the furniture with him that day. Completed the work very quickly and professionally. All of the pieces look fantastic! Great workmanship. Everything was done so well and for such a reasonable price that we paid a bit more than the bid. I would highly recommend this mom-and-pop upholstery shop.
