Description of Work: In the early evening, our garage door would not open, and we absolutely were in a panic because we had to get out the next morning early--one of us for jury duty! We called the Garage Door Doctor's number, and a very courteous operator answered and said that she would have someone call us promptly. Sure enough, "Trapper" called me back in 5 minutes. He asked me to go out to the garage and describe the problem as best I could. He took that information, said it sounded like broken springs, and said that he would have one of their service people call me promptly. He also gave me an estimate of $325, which included a $50-$75 after-hours charge (which we were more than happy to pay). Withing 10 minutes the service person, Travis, called and said that he was on his way and would be at our place in about 10 minutes--and he was. He was very courteous, professional and pleasant. He replaced the broken springs in a little more than a half hour, and also fixed a couple of other minor items such as a loose wall mount and a burned out light. He was great.

+ -1 moreI called to the office to cancel my appointment with plenty of notice with the Garage Doctor because I found another provider with a lesser cost. Trapper called me back and insisted wanting to know why I cancelled the appointment. When I tried to explain to him that I went with another company he got really mad and told me "Thanks for wasting my time". I thought that is pretty rude I did make a courtesy call to let him first thing in the morning when the appointment was not until 3 to 5 in the afternoon.
Description of Work: Service was to install a new garage door opener.

+ -1 moreTrapper and Ryan adjusted our old doors this past winter for little cost and installed quality new doors in June. They were prompt, did an excellent job, and gave us a good price. Very happy with the results. Highly recommend their service.
