Description of Work: Grayson from The Cooler Company helped us formulate a plan to solve our HVAC problems. Two installers came to the house at 8:30 in the morning installed new ductwork, a new hot water heater, a new thermostat, fixed our humidifier, and cleaned and serviced the furnace and air conditioner all in one day. All this for the amount written in the estimate prior to doing the work. They don't get an A they get an A plus !!

+ -1 moreI was very happy with the entire experience. I received a comprehensive estimate with options for efficiency. Once I made my decision, The Cooler Company was able to start (and complete) the job the same week. The work involved removing an old furnace, updating duct work to proper size, and installing a new a/c unit. The job took about one day to complete with some follow-up the next morning. Everyone was extremely professional. The follow-up after the service was completed was also good. They were not the cheapest estimate, but I am very pleased with the quality of the product and the work they did. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! I'll be calling them when the water heater is ready to be replaced..

Very clean, neat, professional and organized. Only complaint is that they didn't know much about getting state, local and Federal rebates, but this is something you can do yourself. Floyd

The furnace size is correct for our home, and it works beautifully. Their estimate was a full $2,000 less than their competitor's estimate. We'd definitely hire them again.
