carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreI had used Sears carpet cleaning before and was very happy with them. This time it was just an average job. The stairs and by the door to garage were not real clean and the carpet was quite a bit wetter than the lat time I had the carpet cleaned.

plumbing, water heater repair
+ 0 moreI got 3 quotes originally. 1 was close to Sears and the 3rd was almost double and with only an 8 yr warranty. The plumber was here on time and everything went very smoothly and professionally. No complaints at all.
Description of Work: Purchased a Kenmore Hydrosense 40 Gal Hot water heater with a 12 yr warranty as standard and including installation, City of Arvada permit and tax for $780. Was told prior to signing contract that there might be additional charges to bring installation up to code. The installer did have to change out the old gas valve, flexible gas line section from the new gas valve to the HW heater and replace short 6" rigid steel sections with flex copper in the water lines in and out of the tank. Additional $96. Total=$876. Inspector was by today and said everything the plumber did was correct. Precise Plumbing did the job and hauled old away which was also included in the price originally quoted.
