John provided excellent customer service. He was very nice and very prompt. There was an issue with one of the locks he was re-keying and it took an extra 30 - 40 minutes of work time. I ended up having to purchase a new lock for $40, however John gave me a $30 discount because of the trouble. He could have said the lock was old and needed to be replaced and charged me full price. But he didn't. That's why you should use Rocky Mountain Security Group!

John quoted me a price on the phone and stated it would not change. He was on time, completed the work in a professional manner and cleaned up afterward. And the price was what he quoted, very good experience.

John was able to quote me over the phone and even though there was a little more work involved, he kept it close to the quote!
