+ -1 moreOn a Colorado day with the temperature in the 90s, our air conditioning system stopped cooling. We called Road Runner and their technician came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and thoroughly checked out and cleaned the whole system. Since it was under warranty, there was no charge. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional service.

+ -1 moreThey were very professional and very courteous. All in all it was good. They were clean and on time. They were consultative and it was a good experience. The guy was so informative and educational that if I wasn't a first time homeowner I probably could have done the work myself.

+ -1 moreI've used this company in the past when I purchased my home 3 years ago. The furnace was not turing on at all. They came out and it was just a loose wire. Once that was fixed, the furnace was shutting down too fast. The coil and burners needed to be cleaned. Now that is done, I have great airflow.
