Shortly after we contacted Eric Ramirez, he came to my home and prepared a bid immediately. He was very professional in our first meeting and his bid included new furnace, air conditioner, air humidifier and air purifier, all for a good price. I accepted the bid and within a few days, he brought all the new equipment to install in my home. Eric worked a twelve-hour day without a break the first day. He was efficient, his work areas were kept clean, and he wore shoe covers to prevent dirt coming into my home. Eric was not satisfied with a couple of parts from the manufacture, so he searched on his own to have sturdier parts for the installations. He went above and beyond so that all the new equipment would be safe, long lasting and secure. He removed all the old equipment and left my home immaculate. I highly recommend Eric of Leaders Mechanical to provide you a bid and perform the work, Eric treated me and mt home as though I were his grandmother!

Eric was professional from beginning to the end. He diagnosed bid and did full removal and replace of heating, Air and humidifier. He was in and out in the timeline scheduled and everything works fantastic. He is a genuinely nice man and very polite and attentive to all our questions and concerns. I would hire him again for any of my properties.
