+ -1 moreWorking with Robert was great all the way through. I had many questions beforehand over the phone and email as I am looking for a long-term carpet cleaner and have a lot of carpet sq ft in my home. He answered all questions fully and openly, providing context when necessary. The estimate process is based on areas so there is no frantic measuring and estimating of square feet beforehand, and hoping you were somewhat close when the cleaning actually happens. After scheduling he arrived the morning of and even helped shovel the part of the driveway we were uncovering for him! Then the entire home was cleaned, furniture moved (minus electronics etc.), and the appropriate spots pre-treated. There were ZERO surprise charges - the estimate included stairs, all areas, spot treating whatever is necessary, and closets. We did opt for Scotch Guard of only one room, or main living area, for a very reasonable price. So overall a very positive experience that I plan to use for the coming years. The one item he does not include is whole-house dry vacuuming beforehand, so make sure you vacuum the house first. But for Robert's price compared to some of the other vendors I found it is definitely well worth it.
Description of Work: Cleaned the carpet on all 3 levels of ~5,00 sq ft house, including finished basement.

+ -1 moreWe used another service to get a quote to clean our carpets from Fullhouse Carpet Cleaning. His response was very prompt and the price was very reasonable. Robert was very nice and professional and worked to make sure we were satisfied with the cleaning. He was able to set up an appointment to clean our carpets very quickly. The price he quoted was the price we paid.
Description of Work: Fullhouse Carpet Cleaning came and cleaned the upstairs part of our house which includes 4 bedrooms. Robert, the owner, was the person who did the work. He also was able to clean 4 other rugs that we had on our wood floors downstairs. I wasn't sure if that was possible without hurting the wood floors, but he assured us it was. The rugs and carpet look great and the floors are fine. We have a 13 year old lab so, he had some challenges and stains to contend with. The carpet dried by the next day and was never very wet, just damp. We were able to access the rest of the house right away. He was very accommodating and willing to put in extra time to make sure the job was done right.

+ 1 moreRobert showed up on time and explained what he will be doing to get the stain out and keep it out. He worked efficiently and told us that the room would be ready for our Sunday 4th of July. He also gave us a few other tips on how to keep stains out, if something like this occured again. He made us feel comfortable and his knowledge/experience was very obvious.
Description of Work: My husband spilled some red wine on our carpet Friday night. I called Robert from Fullhouse Carpet Cleaning Saturday morning. I knew he was one of the few carpet cleaning services open on a Saturday. He answered immediately and scheduled an appointment for 2 hours later and was able to squeeze us in since we had a party planned for the next day. Robert also cleaned the entire room in addition to the large spot that needed cleaning. He did not charge us for an "emergency" visit.
