Mini Refrigerator for recycling - It cost $80 for Otillo Munoz to come and get my item and haul it away. He called within 24 hrs. after I submitted the request online. He was very respectful and polite. However, his business card says nothing about being part of 'Home Advisor'. I asked him, "how do I know you will not drive down the street with my mini refrigerator and just leave it along side of the road after I pay you". Answer - "that would be illegal and I could be fined". Still, I can not be guaranteed he properly disposed of my item. What assurance do you have he followed the laws? I tried to take the item to a metal recycler and they would not accept it. I do not understand why this process could not be easier and less expensive. $80 seems like a lot of money considering the new refrigerator cost only $140. Thank you. Please respond.

This business was lightening fast in responding to my initial request, prompt and on time and professional. They removed a tree in my yard and carted it and all debris away in total within 30 minutes. Fargo did excellent wok. Tree removal was perfect and they were thorough.

They never came to pick up the dishwasher. They called said it would be $45.00 and they would be here around 11:00-11:30, we were here until 3:00. No call, no text, nothing. Called 2 more companies same deal, we will be there but no one comes. If you do not want the business great just do not set up an appointment with me and not cancel. Things happen it is o.k just let us know! My husband went to the dump and actually, we got rid of a lot of stuff we did not need. Still, very disappointing.

Great company. They were on time and did a great job for me picking up a lot of trash and debris from prior renters. He was very very kind and professional and gave me a great price, about half the price of other companies

The work itself was fine but they tracked mud all over our deck (honestly not sure why they were on our deck) and the rug on the deck as well. Additionally, they apparently needed to move some stones to get their equipment in but did not replace them anywhere near as they had found them.. the price for work was fair but the work was sloppy at best.

Done promptly. After seeing time put in, man power and equipment used to remove stumps price was high.

Otilio Munoz called on a Saturday to check on the job. He gave me a quote and was able to do the tree trimming the same day. He called out an army of help to clean and remove all of the tree debris from my yard. They worked for at least 7 hours or longer. Very hard working people. They were so attentive to cleaning up everything. He came back today and removed the stumps. I have to say he is a very nice man and a hard worker. I would highly recommend this company.

Very happy to get the work done as quickly as they did. Good job at cleanup. Pleased with the work.

I had a hot tub removed and I expected the entire tub to be removed but they refused to take the wood base for the tub. I have no way to get the base out so I will have to pay more to remove it. The cost was too expensive to remove wothout removing the base.

They came sooner than scheduled, but made sure it was still convenient for me. They cleaned out a garage space and were so quick and efficient. Very happy I use them.

The company came to cut down a tree, which they did, and that work was great. Unfortunately, they were supposed to come back a week later to take the stump but did not show up for that. Otherwise, I would give the work 5 stars.

They cleaned up after they took away the hot tub, something that I was not prepared for. Anyway, they were very professional.

Charge way too much for two hours. Incomplete - unable to get to the top third of the tree to trim. Only had a short ladder. They should not advertise for tree-trimming if they do not have the tools/machinery to do the job!
