Safe and quick work.

We were clearing out my mom s home to prepare for closing. We accumulated far more bags of debris than anticipated, and certainly more than our trash provider could handle with normal pick-up. Fargo s Construction Cleaning called within 15 minutes of my request, and arrived within an hour to clear everything away. Otilio is professional and courteous, and I am keeping his information for future projects.

Don't be lazy. Do what you can yourself. $300 for 2 mattresses and some wood. Other companies would have charged just $80.

Quick response, fair price and safety conscious. We had a big junk pile behind the barn that they hauled away promptly - it included some long metal pipes that needed to be cut, and Otilio wanted to come back the next day due to the wind and risk of fire. That was appreciated.

Otilio and Eduardo worked SO HARD! They carried our junk up from the basement and were very careful about not dinging the walls. They were fast, polite and smart about their strategy for the job. I feel like we got excellent value for the price we paid. I'd hire them in a second if I needed another job done!

The company representative charged a grossly high rate and I needed the work done today so I paid a lot more than other contractors would have charged to remove household items we needed to get rid of. I left the process feeling very much ripped off.

I thought his cost was a little high

The work was completed the same day I called him. We did find his fee on the high side; removal of a sofa was $180.00 - removing it from the home and taking it to the dump. This was the second time I have hired them. Always pleasant and professional. I would hire him again, but agree on a fee first.

Quoted me half of the price I paid, even though I stated it was a large TV and confirmed the price beforehand he doubled it because he thought i said 15inch TV instead of 50inches.

Although some of our junk was in difficult places to reach (like a tight squeeze under the deck), they got it all.

They showed up earlier than expected and performed the work as expected. They returned for no additional charge when I omitted something I wanted removed. They were also willing to negotiate the final price. You may not have to accept the original on-site price quotation.
