Professionally removed two 60 ft ash trees adjacent to detached garages without incident. Ground the stumps and removed all debris as proposed. Considerate of neighbors. But administratively not well prepared for formal invoicing, forms (W9's, proof of insurance) and 30 day pay cycle of business entities as opposed to individuals. Discuss these as needed as part of contract. Hope he will improve in this area to match his work quality.

I had a spring cleaning bug on Easter Sunday, and then realized I had two car length worth of purged items and belongings sitting on my curb... YIKES... I then decided to use HomeAdvisor to find a pro, and Otilio responded within 1 minute and assured me he would be able to make it that afternoon to haul away everything I left even on Easter Sunday!!! SURE ENOUGH- HE DID!!! Thank you so much Otilio and team. We will be hiring you again very soon for the next Purge! :)

Extremely professional, prompt, and did the job so fast I could not believe it. From the call to me, to arriving at me home, loading up the items took all of 20 minutes. THat's 25 minutes total from my call to Home Advisors. Talk about fast service WOW. Otilio was so nice to talk to and I would use him again for any other work. Highly recommend him!
