Yuri discussed the issue over the phone and described the steps needed to correct the problem. I sent photos of the breaker panel so he could confirm what we had installed. We agreed on a time, he arrived exactly on time and had everything done quickly and efficiently for the price we discussed. His price was reasonable and what I would’ve expected. Plus he’s a nice person. I will definitely use him the next time I need work done.

I selected Epic out of several estimates to install a ChargePoint EV charger. One reason was that they are a small business, which we like to support. Yurii stayed in touch by email right up to the day of the job. He showed up at precisely the time promised and he and his partner Daniel got right to work. Some breakers in the panel had to be changed to accommodate another 240 50 amp and conduit had to be run to where the charger was to be located. They were fast and professional in their work and completed the job in about 2 1/2 hours. Everything works perfectly. And the cost was very reasonable. I am so pleased that I chose them to do the work and recommend them to anyone who is looking for an electrician.

Yuri and his team did a fabulous job on upgrading my electrical panel and installing a whole house generator. Their work was meticulous, precise and clean and the inspector was very impressed with their work. The quote for the bid was fair, honest with no headgames or BS and this is important for women. Working with Epic was great. They came out and gave me an estimate and followed up after to see if I had any questions. When they came out to do the work, they were very easy to work with. They were creative with two parts of the project, and were able to do the work without having to damage our insulation or drywall. The work was completed slightly under the estimate. I will definitely be turning to them for any future electrical needs.

Received a call back almost immediately, quoted the work over the phone for a reasonable price. Scheduled the work within a week and completed in half a day. Work included diagnosing some tricky original 1950's wiring. Work was completed professionally and cleaned up well.

I am unhappy with the end result. The two bathroom wall lights were installed without communicating until after the installation was completed that both lights had soldering defects that rendered them crooked. The electrician knew this while installing as he told me he made the decision to install the horizontal bar that held the lights level instead of the back plate. The back plate is crooked on the wall and some of the the cups that held the lights are also crooked. The lights are unacceptable and I am sending them back, but now I have the added expense of having to hire someone to uninstall them. I would have appreciated to have been included in the decision of how to proceed when the electrician first noticed it versus when he was ready to leave. I am even more unhappy because the electric box on one light was installed an inch to the right of the faucet. The electrician did not discuss with me about the reasoning for this or discuss solutions, let alone mention this defect the day of the installation. I noticed it the next day and called the office a day later. I was told it could not be installed centered above the faucet because of flaws in the drywall and patch. I don't find this believable. During the phone call, there was no discussion of them rectifying the problem. It looks horrible and now I have to hire someone to assess it and correct it. I gave a rating of C because I did get one electric box and dimmer installed correctly and the two men were pleasant. I was charge $125 an hour and $12 for parts. The two men were at my house for 2 hours.

Very professional, kind, and considerate. He took the time to talk things through with me, including purchasing the correct light bulbs. He also took the time to be sure the chandelier was hung in the direction and height desired. Patient, thoughtful and honest. Thank you!

Arrived 2 hours before appointment unannounced. Work was good. Felt a little taken advantage of when asked if could also add dimmer switch. Thought would be done as part of original estimate plus parts, but ended up charging extra $40 to install a light switch that took 5 min. No warning of extra cost. I would have done it myself if I’d known.

They finished in the expected time and left all the work areas very clean. Their offered service was more complete than the other electrical companies we considered; they installed some fixtures that some other highly rated electrical companies declined to handle.

Yuri was excellent about communicating what work would be done, also great at improvising when we discovered we couldn't install lighting the way we wanted to, and rearranging the schedule due to inclement weather. Epic Solar and Electric exceeded all of my expectations. I have owned homes for over 30 years and dealt with a lot of contractors. Yurii and Elliot replaced and upgraded my main breaker panel. They did a great job every step of the way. The quote was good and they stuck to it. The replacement is very neat and looks great. They explained exactly how and why they were going to do the work and how long we would be without power. They cleaned up after their work. They are very professional, honest, polite and trustworthy. They met with the city inspector for the final inspection. I am very pleased with the job that they did and I will call them for any electrical work that I have in the future.
