+ -1 moreTHE APPRAISER ARRIVED WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. HE WAS COURTEOUS AND WENT RIGHT TO WORK. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AS HE WAS WORKING. HE GOT THE WORK DONE IN A TIMELY MANNER AND SENT THE APPRAISAL TO THE MORTGAGE COMPANY IN A TIMELY MANNER.
Description of Work: I WAS GOING TO REFINANCE MY MORTGAGE LOAN. I NEEDED TO HAVE MY HOUSE APPRAISED. THIS COMPANY WAS LOCAL AND WAS ABLE TO COME VERY QUICKLY AND DO THE APPRAISAL.
