+ -1 moreBought new carpet, which they installed on the entire 1st floor of our house. The edging has come up in places. We called them several times, but they never called us back. The purchase & installation was fine, but they never cam back out!

+ -1 moreTHE SALES PERSON WAS GREAT, HE MEASURED MY HOUSE AND RECOMMENDED A GREAT CARPET. I LOVE MY NEW CARPET. THE SALES PERSON WAS RIGHT ON THE MONEY WITH THIS CARPET.
Description of Work: FIRST THEY CAME OUT AND MEASURED MY HOUSE. THEY REMOVED ALL THE OLD CARPET AND PAD. THEN INSTALLED THE NEW CARPET.

+ -1 moreSALES STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND HELPFUL. INSTALLERS WERE VERY GOOD AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THE MATERIALS USED. FINISHED IN TIME SAID. CLEAN UP WAS DONE VERY WELL.
