The work started weeks after the agreed to time. Workers showed up sporadically, and then didn't show up at all. If you didn't watch them like a hawk, there were major mistakes made. Workers leaned ladders against windows. Painting occurred over areas that were not primed. Trim was put on backwards (what little they got around to putting on). We ended up doing all of the clean up ourselves, a great deal of mess. Terrible over spray on the windows and doors, a bucket of paint spilled in the yard and not cleaned up, tape left up, cans and debris. 2 different shades of the color were on the walls. When ever we complained about the work not getting done, the owner put it back on us (there was 1 day we didn't want workers there) or had other excuses. We regret paying for anything more than supplies before the job was done (we paid 50% of the total cost up front), he decided to take a vacation in the middle of the job and not much was done after that. Weeks and weeks went by with hardly anything done. He would make commitments and promises without keeping them. He said he knew how to put siding up but did not know Arvada requires permits to replace siding and knew nothing about vapor barriers. One of the worst experiences we have ever had in people working on the house.

Although the price and quality of work was quite good, the time for completion was awful!! All of the supplies and equipment was on my premises for a little over five (5) weeks. Their work schedule was VERY random--a few hours every other day or so, sometimes more. Overspill and disregard for flowers was a bit of a problem. Overall lack of professionalism by owner. Still waiting for a damaged screen to be returned--four weeks after completing job.
