+ -1 moreThis company was the first one I could get to call me back. I had started to think pest control companies didn't want my money. Tony was very friendly and knowledgeable. Right from the start, he listened to my concerns and explanation of what had been going on. He asked me a few questionsand explained these pests and how they burrow and move up concrete. He wasn't trying to "upsell" me and he was able to schedule me the very next day. Tony arrived on time, unlike the company I had tried a few years back, who made me wait around for their two hour window. Nice old guy, very professional. He knows what he's doing and he did such a good job, I've referred All-Pest Control to my friends for both mice and spiders. They were equally as impressed with his services. We haven't had ants again, but I'd call this company in a heartbeat with any pests we might get in the future.

+ -1 moreI called about getting an estimate to take care of a borer beetle problem in a wood mantel. After explaining the situation and what I was looking for, she asked, and quot;What does that have to do with us?and quot; is a rude tone. She asked why I would call a pest company about a wood mantel. I asked if they took care of bugs, thinking maybe they took care of small rodents, etc. instead. She said, and quot;Yes, so you want us to treat for the bugs?and quot; She spoke rudely and unprofessionally and treated me like I was stupid. I did not feel at all confident in their abilities when she did not listen to me when I explained the situation, and she didn't seem to know what a borer beetle was or how to treat it. She asked for my name so she could have a guy call me about an estimate, but I said no thanks.
Description of Work: I never went farther than a phone call to the company because the woman on the phone was extremely unprofessional and didn't seem to know what she was talking about.

Description of Work: TONY AND HIS HELPER SHOWED UP IN TWO BLUE TOYOTA TRUCKS GOT OUT OF THE TRUCK WITH TWO SPRAY CANASTER, VERY NICE MAN. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THEY DO BED BUGS THEY TOLD ME TO HAVE THE RENTERS PUT ALL CLOTHING IN BAGS AND EMPTY CLOTHS FROM DRAWERS, WASH AND DRY THE CLOTHING ON EXTREME HEAT WHICH THEY DID. AS WE (I WALKED WITH THEM THROUGH THE WHOLE THING) WALKED INTO THE FIRST ROOM SHE HAD HER CLOTHING BAGGED AS REQUESTED. THIS ROOM STILL HAD ALL THE NICK KNACKS ON THE SHELF, BOOKS IN BOOK RACK, AND OTHER CLOTH ITEMS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR ON TOP OF WOOD BED STAND. HE SPRAYED ALL AROUND THE ROOM,& TO CARPET & EMPTY. SPRAYED IN FRONT OF THE CLOSET NOT INSIDE THE CLOSE;T BECAUSE HE SAID "THE BUGS WILL NOT CROSS THIS BRIER IF THEY DO THEY DIE" THERE WERE HOPE CHESTS AND ITEMS UP ON THE SHELF, THERE WERE OTHER HOPE CHESTS OPEN DID NOT SPRAY, THERE WAS A LITTLE CLOSET FULL OF CLOTHING, HE JUST SPRAYED OUTSIDE IT ON THE FLOOR, I WAS TOLD VERBATIM "IF THERE ARE BUGS IN THERE ONCE THEY COME DOWN TO FEED THEY WILL NOT CROSS OVER THIS SPRAY. THE SPRAY WILL BE IN THEM THEY WILL DIE.' HE PUT A WHITE POWDER WHERE I TOLD HIM THEY WERE COMING IN. HE DID NOT WRITE DOWN HOW MUCH OF THIS PRODUCT HE USED.THE NEXT ROOM HAD NO BUGS HE SPRAYED AND WENT TO THE NEXT ROOM. IN THAT ROOM THE RENTER HAD HER BED UP HE SPRAYED THE BOX AND THE MATTRESS STATING "THERE WERE NO BUGS IN THIS ROOM." THE RENTER HAD HER CLOSET FULL OF STUFF ON THE FLOOR, A COUCH THAT HE SPRAYED, HE DID NOT SPRAY THE BOOKS ON A SHELF. HE SPRAYED THE ROOM AS BEST AS HE COULD,HE COULD NOT GET BEHIND THE COUCH, THE TV STAND OR THE HEAD BOARD. HE PUT POWDER BEHIND HER BED, AND THE COUCH AS BEST AS HE COULD LEAN OVER THE COUCH TO PUT THE POWDER THERE. I WAS TOLD AGAIN THE BUGS WILL NOT CROSS THIS CHEMICAL HE WAS PUTTING DOWN, ONCE THEY TOUCH IT THEY WILL DIE. HE CONTINUED TO SPRAY THE STAIR CASE (?) I DID NOT WATCH THIS, HE SPRAYED UNDER THE COUCH ONLY(?) THE CARPETS ON THE MAIN FLOOR PUT MORE POWDER AGAINST THE WALL N THE LIVING ROOM LEAVING THE POWDER DOWN AND EXPOSED. WE FOUND BUGS (LOTS OF BUGS) SUNDAY -MONDAY. I CALLED ORIGIN TO COME OUT AND GIVE ME AN EXAM HE WAS APPALLED THAT THIS COMPANY SPRAYED IN A ROOM THAT IS FULL OF ITEMS BUGS CAN LIE IN, THAT THIS EXTERMINATOR DID NOT HAVE THE ROOM COMPLETELY CLEARED OF ALL NICK KNACKS, HOPE CHESTS, COWBOY HATS, CLOTHING IN CLOSET SO THE SPRAY HE SPRAYED MAY WORK IN THE AREAS HE COULD REACH, BUT SEEING HOW THE BUGS ARE IN OTHER ITEMS IN THE ROOM HIS ATTEMPT AT EXTERMINATING THE HOUSE WAS ALL FOR NOTHING. WE DID NOT HAVE A CONTRACT HE SIMPLY GAVE ME A CARBEN COPY OF A RECEIPT OF WHAT HE DID. THERE WERE NOT MESURMENTS AS TO HOW MUCH OF THIS POWDER HE PUT DOWN. HE AID HE USED 3 GALLONS OF MIXEDTEMPO AND A ACPIN (SP) NO AMOUNT OF THIS CHEMICAL WAS LISTED! HIS RECEIPT SHOWS "INSPECTION AREA-ALL AREAS CHECKED WERE BASEMENT, LIVING AREAS BASE BOARDS GARAGE INTERIOR PERIMETER. TONY NEVER WENT INTO THE GAQRAGES, WE DO NOT HAVE A BASEMENT-WE HAVE A TWO LEVEL HOUSE, THE MAIN FLOOR IS ABOVE GROUND, THE ROOMS ARE UP STAIRS. NICE MAN BUT I DON'T BELIEVE HIS JOB WAS DONE COMPLETLEY AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN, THE ROOMS EMPTYED, ALL SHELFS SPRAYED ETC.

+ -1 moreI have to say the list let me down on this one. All Pest had all "A" ratings, but I didn't find them to be an all "A" company. I had them spray for spiders. When I talked to them on the phone, I asked whether the stuff would kill spider eggs, and Frank said "no, but when they hatch they eat the poison, and that will kill them". When he showed up at the house he told me it wouldn't do any good to do just one application. So I scheduled a second. Can't really complain about the work, and haven't seen any spiders since, but I spent about double what I expected and felt a little deceived.

+ -1 moreCalled at 8:30 in the morning and Tony arrived within an hour. He sprayed for ants throughout the house and the ants haven't been back. He used an colorless, odorless insecticide that is safe for children and pets. We didn't have to buy into a long-term contract. He said that if he had to return, he'd do it for a reduced rate. He also said that, if he had to come more that twice, he wasn't doing his job.
Description of Work: Treated for ants inside and outside the house.

+ -1 moreThey are elderly people and wonderful. We will be using them again for 3 or 4 sprays. They are very friendly and nice. They talk about how they use nontoxic sprays which is used in the nursery, pre-schools and grammar schools.
Description of Work: All Pest Control & Exterminating Inc come out and spray the non-toxic stuff. We have an ant problem and they come once in the month, every four months to get rid of it.

+ -1 moreThe service man arrived promptly and explained what he was going to do and how it worked. Then he asked if I needed anything else done. He was the one who offered to spray for the ants. I had called to get the yellow jacket problem taken care of.

+ -1 moreI called All Pest and they responded within the same day. I had someone come out within a few days (it was my schedule that prevented them coming earlier). They were friendly, quick and honest. Even though they said it might take a few weeks, I noticed right away that there were no mice. They will come out in 30 days to check again. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: Set traps for mice in kitchen, set poison outside of house and sealed holes in kitchen.

+ -1 moreI called them and I got a receptionist. The receptionist listened to my problem and told me that she would have a specialist get back to me promptly, in about 20 minutes. The specialist called back an hour and half later. He was extremely rude and lost his temper while on the phone with me. I was extremely surprised by him losing his temper for no apparent reason. I was merely explaining the problem to him and he took it as an attack on his expertise and told me he did not want to hear about my problem. He told me if I didn't like it, that I should use someone else.

+ -1 moreI was happy he could come out so early in the morning so I could get to work on time. He sure seemed to know he stuff which was a good thing because I didn't know what to expect.
Description of Work: Spiders were found by a contractor so I had them come out and spray. Tony said it was the time of year (early fall) when bugs start looking for warm places to hide so he wasn't surprised I had a problem. He sprayed around the entire perimeter of my townhouse, the garage and all the baseboards in every room of my place. He warned me I might see "a little action" for a few days as some may try to escape but I have only seen a couple in the living room.

+ -1 moreI recently noticed mouse droppings in several areas of our kitchen and pantry. I tried using a commercial product to catch the mice but was unsuccessful. I then called All-Pest. They returned my call in about 10 minutes and came out to do the work in less than an hour. Two men came, Frank and Steve. They inspected the basement, kitchen, pantry and a bathroom on the first floor and left a number of cubes of poison bait plus several in plastic containers in areas where they might be disturbed. I haven't seen the results yet but I was impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. Frank left me his cell phone number in case I need to call him back. They inspired confidence that this treatment would do the trick.
Description of Work: Company came and left mouse bait for a recent infestation.

I explained the problem (small hole above a window) and the owner let me know he thought it might be termites. He then explained the challenges of termite eradication (few people do it; the big companies make you sign a contract that you don't usually need; very high cost). I asked him to come out and take a look. Turns out we only had an ant problem which he treated. Overall, the company is knowledgeable, trustworthy, helpful and very responsive.
Description of Work: Examined property for ants and a possible termite problem.

+ -1 moreI spoke with Frank at All Pest Control after being told by Terminix that they did not spray for ticks, which seemed strange. I gathered that they are hard to eradicate, which Frank confirmed. Frank seemed to really know a lot about bugs and other pests, and I appreciated his patience with my many questions. He did not guarantee that we would not see any more ticks, and said it could take up to a month for the treatment to be fully effective, with a follow-up (at a lower price) possibly needed after that. It has been 2 weeks since the treatment and we have seen a couple of slow-moving ticks, but much fewer than before. I am very satisfied with the service we received. The price seemed a little high to me for the short amount of time it took to complete, but it is probably much less than with some companies that try to get you to sign up for a monthly spraying program that can end up costing more.
Description of Work: The garage, living areas, and outside perimeter were thoroughly sprayed to control ticks and ants. Mouse bait was also placed in the garage and basement where evidence indicated their presence.
