Acclaim Roofing and Exteriors

After being approached by Ross Hartman, an insurance claims specialist with Acclaimed Roofing of Colorado, I agreed to allow him to inspect our roof, even though 2 previous companies had inspected our roof and found no hail damage. Ross was able to identify and photographically document hail damage and have proof that a hail storm had hit this area less than 1 year previously. We then contacted our insurance company. Ross was able to be present when the insurance adjustor came to evaluate the roofs. Our insurance company determined that the cost would be covered, except for our deductible. I believe Ross' presence and interaction with the insurance adjustor was helpful in this determination. Acclaimed Roofing then replaced the roof on both structures. This required removing 3 layers of shingles and placing decking before placing new shingles. This resulted in an increase in the estimate from $14, 639 to $25,006. Because Acclaimed Roofing accurately documented the additional work, required by code, my insurance co. paid the increase without any questions. Both roofs were completed in 2 days. Since I'm retired I was able to monitor the workers, who worked with few breaks and meticulously cleaned the area after completing the job. New flashings and vents were placed and the flashings were painted to match the roof. The workers also found a detached vent in the attic and were able to re-attach it, indicating attention to detail and correct work. I was very pleased with the professionalism, work ethic and results associated with Acclaimed Roofing. This company will also be replacing roof vents and adding 2 passive cooling vents for my son's home.

We had hail damage and were reluctant to submit the claim to our insurance company. The was a representative from Acclaimed Roofing in our neighborhood and he offered to inspect our roof. Of course there was damage and Len said that he would be with the insurance inspector when the time arrived. Well long story short Len showed the inspector recent hail damage and our claim was approved. As an aside, our previous dealings with insurance inspectors had been less than stellar. Having Len there to advocate for us made the difference. Len walked us through our HOA requirements and we were on our way to a new roof. The roofing contractors the Acclaimed Roofing used were very professional and cleaned up EVERY night and they were done in approximately 4 days (I think that was the time frame). I would recommend this company highly, especially if Len is involved.
