+ -1 moreI called to make an appointment and they hedged because they had activities with their kids. The appointment was made and they canceled because their truck broke. You have to choose your color from a 2"x4" swatch. I emailed and didn't hear back for 4 days because their email was down. I told them to pick up their samples and was told that if I didn't go home from work to let them pick them up, I would have to drive them to their home. I wrote to Carpet Direct headquarters to complain and never received a response.
Description of Work: Measured house and was given a quote.

+ -1 moreHe measured 40 yards of carpet. When carpet layer measured and we measured, it was only 30 sq. yards. WE called and he gave us a story about seams. The room was straight, no fancy curves. He refunded $47.00. The carpet was $25.92 sq. ft. He ordered 10 yards too much. Would not recommend him.
Description of Work: Showed us carpet samples. Measured room. Recommended carpet layers. Ordered carpet from Carpet Direct.
