carpet installation
+ -1 moreCarpet arrived within 10 days, installation seemed to go efficiently. It is hard to judge carpet quality. The pad and carpet seem to be pretty cushy. It's so new that we can't tell about wear, etc.
Description of Work: Sales and installation of stain master frieze carpet--app. 80 sq. yards.

+ -1 moreTHE INSTALLERS WERE TIMELY WITH THEIR ESTIMATE & THE ORDER WAS VERY TIMELY. I WOULD RECOMMEND CARPET DIRECT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE HAVE USED THEM & BOTH GROUPS DID A GREAT JOB. THE QUALITY OF THE CARPET IS GREAT. IT LOOKS LIKE WHAT WAS IN PARADE OF HOMES FOR FAR LESS.
Description of Work: WE ASKED CARPET DIRECT TO COME TO OUR HOUSE & MATCH OTHER CARPET THAT WE WANTED TO COMPARE WITH. THEY CAME BACK WITH CARPET THAT WAS VERY NEAR WHAT WE WANTED & WE PROCEEDED WITH THE WORK.

+ -1 moreWE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE EXPERIENCE. SHELLY WAS VERY HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AS WELL AS FRIENDLY. SHE DID NOT TRY TO OVER SELL US AND GAVE US A VERY GOOD PRICE ON THE CARPET.
Description of Work: THE SALES PERSON (SHELLY THOMAN) CAME TO OUR HOUSE TO HELP US PICK OUT CARPET FOR OUR BASEMENT.
