They were really good.

John was on-time, fixed the problem promptly and was very personable.

They fixed my boiler and did a really good job. Clean up not so good 😢 They did not bring anything to absorb water, absorbing tubes. I had to furnish them with lots of my bath towels. They left water in my hot water heater tray and didn't tell me about it. This could have rusted my hot water heater.

On time, friendly and knowledgeable! Will be calling back for services in the future!!!

I have had Pouder Valley Air here multiple times, but this guy showed up, and explained everything, didn't charge me a trip charge, and fixed everything for $200.

He arrived on time and was very helpful and prepared and professional.

the heating season hasn't begun, so don't really know how the humidifier will work for a while yet. Otherwise installation went well, and pricing was very good.

Quick!!! He called quickly, set up an appointment quickly, and when he arrived he did what he needed to do and that was it. No games or issues. We needed some service work done to our AC and he did a great job. Cleaned the outside unit, due to it being full of dirt and debris, changed the filter, nicely picked up after himself, and he's very reasonable. I would highly recommend this business.

After a misunderstanding about the appointment time, John rescheduled for the next day. He arrived on time, did a good job, and even gave me a discount because of the appointment mistake. He also gave us some tips on how to keep the house cool.
