All Pro Septic Pumping

We started contacting All Pro last fall via Angies List. We were told to call and they would schedule us. We call and left multiple messages that were not returned. This spring we urgently needed to have the septic pumped and they were the last to do so. We finally were able to schedule and appointment after finally catching them via phone with us calling, still no call back from the messages. They then rescheduled for a day earlier. When they arrived we were informed that the tank needed to be uncovered, which was not something we were told when making the appointment. We were then told it would be "$135 an hour and that was the minimum" if he even "put a shovel in the dirt." Thinking we would still get service we asked about rescheduling and were told we would get a call back that day. Its been a week and we have heard nothing from All Pro or any member of their staff since. We went with Sep-Tech who were prompt, professional and easy to work with.

Everything was great. They worked quickly and were affordable.

The man who came to the house helped me find the second tank lid, helped me dig it out since my husband wasn't home, and helped me understand how septic systems work. He was just the nicest, kindest person and I really appreciated their quick service in a time of disaster.

Septic pump alarm went off -- we called the original contractor, who had retired. he recommended All Pro Septic. We checked them out through Angie's. They were initially responsive, checked pump and determined that impeller was no longer functioning properly, drained tank and told us they would return with replacement pump the following day. It actually took three days for them to come back, ostensibly because they could not get the pump from Denver until that time. Drained tank again and installed new pump, no problems since.

Excellent service; they came on a day it was freezing cold. We had told them it was a 1000-gallon tank, but it was a 1500-gallon tank so they could not pump both tanks the same day. They called the County to get a map of the location of the second tank, which helped us find the lids. They came back and pumped the second tank -- which required more work than the first, but they did not ask for additional payment. We highly recommend this company.

Contracted this company to perform a septic system inspection on a house we are working to purchase. They didn't show up for their appointment and didn't call to advise of any problems. Very unprofessional, whatever the excuse. They actually did a good job when they came out. Very imformative and provided a lot of information.

Needed septic tank pumped. Byron showed up on time and did the job quickly and professionally.. Gave me some pointers while here. Took extra effort to relocate truck to a level surface so he could get an accurate reading of the gallons pumped so he wouldn't overcharge me. Highly recommend and will use him again.
