 + -1 moreA friend recommended them. I liked them. They were prompt, professional and thorough. The final cost was comparable to the estimate. The price was good.

 + -1 moreHe told us the equipment to buy and then Andy and a helper came out to install the new filter. He came out multiple times to make sure the electricity was performing correctly. He also devised some custom processes for us to keep the pool clean since it is not a conventional pool. He later came out and gave me instructions on how to maintain the pool myself.
Description of Work: He switched our pool from a filter pool to a salt pool. Our maintenance was way too much so Andy suggested we switche to a less maintenance intensive filter system.

 + -1 moreIt really went well. My problem was fixed for a reasonable price when he said it was going to be fixed.
Description of Work: Our pool heater wasn't working. Andy came out (when he said he would be here...even called first), and assessed the problem. It was a corroded sensor. He didn't have the part. This was a Friday. He said he needed the get the part and would return on Monday. He called me first thing Monday morning with an ETA. He called later with a more exact time. He came and fixed the problem. It was refreshing how considerate and professional he was.
